Or on a fishing trip looking for a close place to stay, we are here for you! Close to many restaurants in Murray, dine at the Marina or head to Patti’s settlement for an ultimate experience! It’s so peaceful on the property, you will feel your blood pressure drop instantly! We are excited to have you! *we do live on the property as well in a cabin but you can read the reviews we do our very best to make your stay is private and secluded!

This is a great place to get away! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the apartment is decorated very nicely. Even though the apartment is located very close to the host’s home, we did not feel like we were “sharing space.” We did choose to eat some of our meals on property, and the kitchen provided everything we needed for our family. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get away from it all while still being close enough to activities and restaurants. Looking forward to returning!

Kentucky lake fishing

Michelle's property is a great place to stay ! Convenient to all places you want to be in the area. Property was very clean and the hosts were great ! Will be staying again!

Great place to stay close to Murray State

We stayed for the weekend while taking out daughter to visit Murray State. The space was great and clean and much better than a hotel room.

My husband and I had a very lovely weekend stay at Michelle’s property while we visited our daughter for Family Weekend at Murray State University. The accommodations were great and exactly as described in the post. Very clean, beautifully appointed, and a little something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The kitchenette had all the items you would need, should you decide to eat in. The lower level was perfect for relaxing and watching football or a family movie night in. The upstairs living quarters were equally perfect for a more relaxed quiet environment for a move or reading a favorite book. Murray was only a short drive and an easy one to navigate. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

Convenient location for family visit to Land Between the Lakes

Cozy guest apartment with enough space for our family of 6 dogs, with our youngest child using the loveseat as a bed, and our second youngest enjoying the (*not*) "dog bed." Plenty of space downstairs for our dogs to sleep in their crate. Used bottom area as living space with our dogs as well as playing ping pong and foosball table games, and top area as sleeping space for our family (plus simple clean shower/restroom use). Loved the quiet country area the guest house was located in.

Super cute space! The downstairs is a stand alone converted garage with an apartment upstairs. It is right beside the owner’s home, but I never saw them aside from when I was packing the car to leave. The stairs up to the apartment are on the steep side, so definitely not handicapped accessible if that is an issue for you. Loved the human sized dog bed!

Tournament over night stay

Had an archery tournament nearby and didn’t wanted to drive home same day. This property did one night and was affordably priced.Reached out and owner was quick to respond All the pics made this look like a unit that was by itself but it was actually close to the owners home The property owners definitely made it feel very private and I had zero issues. They even parked at their barn to accommodate parking This property was far superior than staying at any hotel

Family get away

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Michelle out host was very responsive and was there for all out needs. The place was amazing and souch to do for my grandson and is course my lil granddaughter had the time of her like because she made a new friend Zoie and we truly appreciated that you would allow her to hang out with us the last 2 night that we were there. We are definitely looking forward to booking again sooMissy Pruitt and the Ochoa family

Apartment above the garage

It was one room that could sleep 7. It was nice and quiet. Had a small game area in the garage, and use of the back yard and patio of the main house. The only thing I believe that could make it perfect would be a night light in the bathroom so you do not have to turn on big light in the middle of the night, and rope lights along the stairs going up to the apartment. this way if it is late an someone is already sleeping others can safely navigate the stairs without the big light. Everything else was great. There was a very home away from home feel to the place.

This is a great place to stay with lots of amenities! Wonderful layout that would accommodate a family. Don’t let the one bedroom one bath deceive. The living space down stairs along with the patio provides lots of room to gather and spend time together. Very close to the lake and national recreation area.
