Thank you for sharing this kind review. We are glad you had a nice stay over Christmas and that communication worked well. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to welcome you again.
We truly enjoyed our stay...the only complaint is none of our windows, including the ones into the bathrooms had any type of shade, shutter, curtain for privacy or to keep sun out early in the morning. This was an issue for every single one of my guests, including myself. Everything else was wonderful!!

So upon arrival around o'clock Friday evening, the instructions stated that the lockbox for the keys would be at the post by the stairs. I looked around both staircases and couldn't find it. Luckily enough after about a minute or two of looking for the lockbox, my daughter found it posted underneath the house away from the stairs. Along with finding the keys, we noticed that the trash had not been taken care of and flies were everywhere so we couldnt chill underneath the house near the grill area even if we wanted to, but oh well. We got in the house and thought the house looked amazing, but we did find a hugh crack in one of the windows in the downstairs living room that i took a picture of. I also took a picture of two damp towels and two water bottles that were left in the patio chairs upstairs on the 3rd floor, so apparently someone didnt quite do their due diligence in making sure that the house was completed clean. So we never touched the towels until checkout time and i picked them up using another towel. The main major headache of the trip was figuring out how to lock the front and patio doors!! Even with following the instructions on the door seal and calling the after hours help line three different times without NEVER receiving a callback as promised for assistance, it took me about 2 hours to finally figure it out. Also, there was an alarm device in the second bedroom on the 3rd floor that would randomly beeped like crazy and was very annoying.
