The property has a great outside area with grill, outside shower and new Potterybarn Chesapeake outside furniture. Property is equipped including sheets on the beds so just bring your belongings and have a great weekend at the beach!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Each bed stripped of the used sheets and pillowcases must be placed in its used pillowcases and put outside on the deck for pick up. LEAVE ALL pillows, mattress covers, & quilts on beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Standard rental contract will be emailed after booking. Groups under 25 years old are required to pay an additional security deposit
