You will have the main house all to yourself.

There is a 2BR studio unit beside which is not part of this rental. It is separate from the main house with its own entrance offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay.

The shared laundry room is accessible via the garage, with no entry to the property ensuring privacy for all guests.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

I didn't love this house. There are no windows in the living room and kitchen so it felt like we were in a cave. The AC vents didn't work very well in one of the bedrooms so it was very stuffy.

You have to buy the damage wavier in order to check in completely. I ordered damage wavier from another carrier and I’m in the process of getting it back on my credit card but I didn’t know that you had to buy the damage wavier in order to completely check in!

Run away fast

We originally booked this property for over 60 days and left after 3 days it was that bad. I booked this property on what was the listing information that we would have a private backyard. This was very far from the truth. In reality we had NO access to the back yard. Even with asking them for access they provided a code that didn’t work as the back house was rented and this was part of their booking. The listing has since been changed. Not a safe place to stay the floor in one spot is ready to cave in, big gaps in the rest of the floorboards, no working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Both bathrooms shower heads were broken. I could go on. Had to fight for some of my owed deposit back, and am seeking legal to recover the balance. Check the reviews on all their properties most have terrible reviews. Marbella Lane just cares to take your money and hopes you will suffer in silence. I will say the one decent thing in this house that seemed to work was the kitchen
