Great rental for the price

Nice place to stay, could use some upgrading though. Condominium is nice, but needs more lighting around the pool area and outside. Would definitely stay again.

I regretted reserving this room. Upon arrival the curtain over the window overlooking the beach was in the middle of the door. We had to take ties to pull it back and fasten to the other side. My husband opened the dresser drawer and it fell out on his foot. If he had not had shoes that covered the top of his foot he might have been in trouble. The night came and our room was lit up like it was daytime. There is a large light just outside of our window in the hall that shown thru and around the blinds. We had to take a plastic tarp and a sheet to block the light to be able to get to sleep the second night. On top of that the mattress is in need of replacement. Each side had a trench that we slept in. One had to climb over the middle to get to the other side. All that is needed is a large room darkening shade or curtains. Too few kitchen dishes; Not enough silverware; One large skillet that could easily burn someone. It turned on the handle while it was hot. I happened to notice before using. Definitely not for a person who cannot get up from sitting position easily. All furniture is low as well as the commode. Bathroom sink in the hall is open without a drain cover. Great washer and dryer. Location is good. Overall the unit needs updating! BTW, I carried my iron from home since I was told there was not one and there was one in the closet as well as a small ironing board.
