This place was so much better than I could’ve imagined. The location is great but also quiet. The condos are gorgeous, modern, spacious, and perfect for a group. The pool area was incredible with a pool, 2 hot tubs, cabanas, and a rooftop deck. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for a large group! The place was as described, very convenient location, and the staff was super helpful/accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great Time in the Big Easy!

We had a great visit, and we would definitely stay again. The rental was clean and well stocked, and everything was pretty much as expected. The front desk was always manned, and the staff was very helpful. It was also in a great location, easy walk to the French Quarter.

Perfect place!

Perfect set up for a group of friends. Great location. Just a short walk to Bourbon. Loved the courtyard hot tub and pool. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Great Place!

We only stayed one night in this room, but it was fantastic! Everything was beautifully remodeled. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do downtown. We ended up just walking everywhere we went. Check-in and check-out was really easy. Top notch place to stay!!

Mardi Gras

This property was amazing. It had everything we needed. Close to Mardi Gras parades, Bourbon Street, restaurants and Ceasars.I would highly recommend if you have a larger party/group.

Nice property. Good location. Very clean and well furnished. Bedrooms and secondary baths a little small. No operable windows results in a slightly stuffy feel. Would recommend but not 5 star.

Just where you want to be

The location was perfect. we could walk everywhere. The space was perfect since we have three grown children with spouses. There are four en suite rooms. We will reserve it again. The staff members were all so friendly and helpful.

The entire unit was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub and jacuzzi were hot and fresh … the unit’s kitchen was clean. The atmosphere was ambient and it’s right next to a paid public parking. It was definitely well worth the stay in downtown New Orleans. It is highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍❤️💙

Great for our family size!

This was a great apartment for our family! I would have loved it but I felt unsafe outside. The rats were bigger than me and having an all out brawl in the alley. We were warned by locals to remain indoors after dark.

Amazing stay

Best big group stay yet! Totally worth every penny spent. The location is perfect and the amenities are amazing. We absolutely loved the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Cool Condo

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party. The condo is as listed on the site. It was a great place. Their communication is fantastic- the office gets back to you very quickly. We had a couple issues with burned out lightbulbs and a slow draining shower and they immediately had someone fixing it. The location was great. It’s unfortunate the garbage dumpsters are right next to the front door but New Orleans has a lot of garbage everywhere- it’s just how it is. I loved that I could place a grocery order and it was in our unit before we arrived! My gals & I really enjoyed our time here & I would rent from this company again!
