Located a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and World War II Museum. These luxury condominiums are perfect for family and friend get-aways while also being conveniently located for corporate needs or trials at the Federal Courthouse. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. Units feature high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings. All of our countertops at The Natchez are custom made out of 200+ year heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the renovation and restoration of this historic Greek Revival building.

The pool, grotto, cabanas, sun deck and the hot tubs are immediately accessible in the courtyard to the rear of the property. There are 4 hot tubs on the property: two of them are private to the two units that have their own private 2nd floor patio decks and 2 are available to all guests with both freshwater and saltwater options available for your enjoyment. Enjoy a midday or night dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto. Sun bathe on the sun deck overlooking the pool or relax in the cabanas.

Feel like kicking back and cooking at home? No problem, gas grills are available to grill your favorite steak or burgers and fully stocked kitchens are at your disposal in your unit. The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

Rest well knowing that you are safe and sound in this very private and secure property with security cameras and keyed access to the building and suites.

Walk to your favorite restaurant or jazz club: you are within short walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter, CBD or Warehouse District and a 1 block walk to the historic St. Charles Streetcar line.

The property is ideally located for Mardi Gras, Jazz fest, and all of the French Quarter festivals and events. Famous Royal Street which is renowned for antique shopping, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants is only a short walk away, as is Bourbon Street and all of its entertainment, energy, and excitement. Enjoy the Aquarium of the Americas, and the IMAX theater. Try your luck at Harrahs Casino-- everything in easy walking distance of the property.

All units have fully equipped kitchens, dish wear, glasses, flatware, laundry machines, and bath towels. Pool towels are also available.

This poolside 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at 1,800 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls and large French doors blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The bedrooms are quaint, functional, with en suite baths and located just off the main living area. One is quietly tucked away on the split level up a few steps from the living room (see light blue area in floor plan above.) All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This unit is located on the 1st floor and is poolside next to the grotto and courtyard. Basically swim in - swim out!

Perfect place for large groups

Fab location, great set -up for large parties, friendly staff, cool outdoor space. I was with a group of 12 childhood friends and this was the perfect place for us -we had two 4-bedroom condos with access to the pool and hot-tub - we had a blast!!

Awesome place! Cool art! Slightly overpriced.

Super fancy showers were a pain in the rear. Having to hunt down fresh towels from front desk isn't great. Overall we loved the place. Complimentary coffee is delicious.

The location was the best!!! We have been to NOLA for the past 7 years and have stayed at great spots. This is the most centralized to everything we like.

Natchez Unit 1102

Our stay was acceptable to most of our guests, but there is definitely room for improvement. Just a few suggestions. #1 Put a dresser in each bedroom. The way it is now is that we basically had to live out of our suitcases or lay clothes on the floor as the closets are quite limited and some things you just can't hang up. #2 The HVAC system is way to complicated (even for your people) and didn't work half the time. #3 Make sure on check in, that the house phone is identified and charged. We needed assistance the first night and the phone didn't work and you didn't answer your general number when called from a cell phone. Glad it wasn't an emergency. #4 Control and manage the use of the spa, adhering to your own rules. We stayed in your ground floor unit next to the spa, and other guests partied loudly, in and around the spa, from 2:00am until after 4:00am, with absolutely no intervention from your staff. #5 Put on frameless shower doors. The way it is now, you can't prevent water from going all over the bathroom floors when showering. #6 Make some improvement to the exterior appearance of your building. #7 For the price we paid, we expected more. Not all was negative; the location was great and your staff was friendly.

We have already made some of the changes you suggested, including dressers, fixed HVAC and room phones, and enforced pool hours, and plan on continued improvements every day. Hopefully, you will be able to return to The Natchez to see our progress for yourself!
