Beautiful cabin. We had a shag with our reservation/check in and the host was very fast and professional correcting the issue. They were friendly and very welcoming. We had a fantastic weekend.
This was an amazingly cute cabin. The trailhead is at the end of the driveway and is a beautiful 1 mile walk to Aloha State Park. Very quiet and quaint, the perfect place to relax for a weekend getaway.
Cabin was so welcoming! Peaceful location, clean and everything you need! Beats camping any day! A very convenient location for day trips and a great place to wind down in the evening. Hostess was very responsive to questions.
Beautiful Cabin nestled in the woods with room to roam. Adjacent to trail which we walked and biked for several miles along Mullet lake. Came up for the Fall colors and had an incredible weekend. Would definitely come back and stay here again!
Cabin was very cozy and accommodating for my family of four. Property is well kept, rooms and linens are clean. Host is great with communication and thoughtful as well - we came to celebrate my twins daughter's birthday and when we walked in, there were balloons and birthday candles for us. 10/10 would stay here again! Close proximity to downtown, parks, water and not far from Mackinaw. All around a fantastic experience.
This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve rented. The cabin sat away from the road and very private. There was a walking trail close by where we walked our dog every day. The cabin itself was warm, cozy and inviting. A gas fireplace was nice for evenings. They have a grill which was great! Our hosts were very communicative and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the tamales, my husband loved them! All in all it was a perfect stay. Would love to return next year.
This cabin is so adorable and cozy. It's in a peaceful setting and watching the stars at night was amazing. It had all of the necessities for cooking and relaxing. The host was very easy to reach and quick to reply. My family loved our stay here :) Wedriftdogleg

Thank you for your kind review! We are so happy that you enjoyed the cabin, and hope to have you all back in the future!
A perfect getaway that checked all our boxes. We wanted to stay close to family and friends who were camping at Aloha State Park and the 1.5 mile bike ride was a breeze for us. The home itself was exactly what we needed. A stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable beds left us satisfied with our stay. In fact, we're already considering it for a winter return. Thank you to the hosts for a great extended weekend!
Just a short bike ride to Aloha State Park from this property.
Very cute and cozy. Nice fire pit in backyard. Trex deck on north side of cabin and an electric fireplace to enjoy in the living room. Overall a very nice little retreat.
Cabin was as pictured. We were here for fishing and exploring. Close to Mullet Lake and about half an hour from Mackinaw City. Even closer to Cheboygan State Park. Host was fast to respond to questions. We didn't get to spend much time at the cabin but the night sky in the backyard was amazing.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this cozy cabin near Mullet Lake! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless, and Jacqueline was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the wonderful Aloha State Park and not a from downtown Cheboygan. At the same time, it was peaceful and relaxing, with access to the North Eastern State Trail. It truly really felt like a home away from home.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway in a great location. You won't regret staying here! I'm hoping to come back soon.
The location of the cabin was great for our needs, we were close to Cheboygan, Indian River, and Mackinac. The location was very peaceful and right next to the trail for walking each morning.
The cabin was just as listed, very clean and well kept. The space was comfortable and all the necessary linens and kitchen items were more than enough. There was plenty of room for us to park out boat and vehicle.
The host was proactive about communicating the check in procedure to us, as well as prompt about any questions we might have had. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was as we needed.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend.
