Spanning two stories, the residence is replete with an array of premium amenities guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on your group. Large outdoor space with south/west facing views and no rear neighbors for privacy, while outside kick back under the lanai and watch your favorite movie or sports on the 50” smart tv. Plenty of seating space for everyone and a BBQ for use.
Nestled within the picturesque Solterra Resort, Mossy Oak Place not only ensures a delightful stay but also enhances your experience with the resort's scenic grounds and abundant amenities. Your vacation is poised to be enriched by the opulent offerings of both the residence and the resort itself. We invite you to peruse the myriad features and luxuries that Mossy Oak Place has to offer. Our resort has an exceptional amenities facility. To access the resort facilities there is a fee a one time fee of $35 to be paid directly to the clubhouse for a party up to 12 guests for your entire stay while at Solterra Resort, it is not mandatory but there if you wish to use them.

I’m originally born and raised in Canada, my family and I recently moved to the United States. I enjoy working out and spending my days being involved in my kids sports and just being a mom. I like hosting because I know what it’s like to be the family on vacation and have those new fun memories and now with hosting I’m able to let other families make memories.

When you drive up right away you feel welcomed. The neighborhood feels so bright and friendly, palm trees swaying in the breeze and the beautiful birds that walk about the community.

It is not whats on outside that makes our property jump out at you but whats on the inside when you open the door, its warm, bright and inviting - kids racing each other through the door to explorer what they will call home while on holiday - the adults looking to find a spot to drop the suitcases so they can take a deep breath kick up their feet and feel right at home.
