Comfortable

This is a nice home in a good location. We had plenty of room, and the beds are comfortable. Property manager was helpful. We would rent this home again.

This place left a lot to be desired

While the property manager was responsive when we asked for glassware and toilet paper, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. The house advertised as good for 8 people. We rented the house for a party of seven. This house was not set up at all for this. The kitchen was poorly equipped for this size of group, more like as extended stay hotel for one or two people, not a houseful. Minimal cookware, only four glasses and a small 5-person coffee pot. The house heater gave us trouble. It was impossible to heat the downstairs without making the upstairs unlivable. We ended up keeping the downstairs at about 64 and leaving some windows open upstairs. We tried the A/C but it seemed to be broken. This is a near 20 year old house. It’s hard to believe that it has ever been really lived in. There was a fireplace downstairs. We were hopeful that it could help with the heating situation, but it didn’t seem to work either. We won’t be coming back again.
