Este condominio lujoso, exquisitamente decorado, en el 4 ° piso, tiene aire acondicionado central con ascensores convenientemente ubicados y pisos de madera dura en todo el edificio, cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños completos y puede alojar hasta 6 adultos / niños y un bebé. El salón tiene un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas con un sofá de cuero. El dormitorio principal tiene una pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, TV montada en la pared, y una cama king size y un paquete n play en el armario principal. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen (2) televisores de pantalla plana de 28 pulgadas, uno de los cuales tiene una cama queen size y el otro tiene dos camas individuales. I was thoroughly impressed with the property. From the condo itself, location, security and amenities, everything was as promised. Dave was super responsive and the staff at the resort were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Orlando area.

Great location to the parks!

We had an excellent vacation and the owner was very helpful leading up to arrival. The complex was not the cleanest and a very busy pool. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

This happens during spring break in Florida. The resort is at capacity and the crowd gets uncontrollable being close to Disney.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay! We love the location and amenities. We were very close to the Disney parks we stayed at. We loved the pool and small water park. I had to reach out to the owner to add our family for a parking pass and he was very easy to contact and quickly had my family added without any problems! I would definitely stay here again. Clean and Comfortable

Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Nice complex close to Disney. Front gate at the complex was secure with 2-3 guards working any time we entered. On top floor, so no upstairs neighbors, but with elevator access. Perfect for our family with 2 older teens. Highly recommend!

Just as described and listed in the pictures!

The place is immaculate, very clean. I am a clean freak and always buy my own cleaning supplies and clean everything when I arrive. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and orderly everything was. I did not have to clean anything. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You get plenty of light in the morning from the balcony and can see the fireworks at night. It is around the corner from Disney Parks we were to the door in 10-12 minutes. I can not recommend this place enough. Once you stay here you will not want to stay anywhere else. We give our stay 5 stars!

It's an OK place.

Unit was as advertised, except there was not much of a view of the fireworks as a tree covered the view, and the fireworks were far away. I think we were looking in the correct direction, but maybe we missed something. Better to plan on being in the park to see the fireworks. The pool and slides are a popular place for the kids and parents, though it was a bit crowded for our taste. No adults-only area. The onsite store/grill is nice to have. We had to re-wash the sheets on two beds as they had an objectionable odor and hairs present. Couches are a bit worn and not very supportive, but we made do. Mattresses were OK. Central air conditioning was nice to have. Given our overall experience, we might consider returning if we needed to be in that area, though our expectations would be more tempered.

As you are aware that it was a Easter weekend and spring break, massive crowds are to be expected in Florida. Overgrown trees are on the neighboring property and beyond the control of the owner. The bedsheets are washed and cleaned after every departure. Property Manager or the owner was not informed about the condition of the bedsheets, which could have been rectified immediately by the PM.

Disappointing stay

Rooms very clean, the owner was very quick getting back to us with any concerns, not very happy with the pool area. Not one day were we able to find anywhere to sit and go in the pool. Very overcrowded. Good for little kids but definitely not good if you’re looking to relax and get any pool time in. Very disappointing. As far as fireworks they said could be seen. Big tree in the way and could not see fireworks. That also was a little disappointing. Screened in porch was nice but had little anoles running around in there. Must be a hole they can get in from. Didn’t want to call because they charge you a $70 fee.

As you are aware that it was a Easter weekend and spring break, massive crowds are to be expected in Florida. The $70 which was charged by the property manager, was reimbursed to you by the owner. Overgrown trees are on the neighboring property and beyond the control of the owner. The guest did not follow proper protocol for garbage disposal at the time of checkout. The owner was charged by the Property Manager for garbage disposal.

Better than a disney resort!

Why crowd into a hotel room when you can have separate bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen and waterpark at a fraction of the price? We stayed at this property for 9 days and commuted to Disney parks in just 9 to 15 minutes (depending on the park). Some days we spent the morning ay the pool/new waterpark and then did a half day at Disney and never felt rushed. The facility and condo were very clean and there is a Super Walmart just 2 minutes away for anything you need (even rain ponchos and Disney souvenirs). Nightly fireworks can be seen from the balcony off to the left but are becoming a little obstructed by tree growth; regardless, our girls loved watching and it was a nice end to the the day. The condo itself was very quiet, we never even saw a "neighbor" during our entire stay. There is a keurig coffee maker (you will need to supply your own k-cups). The owners get you started with a roll of paper towels, roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each can, dish soap, and a tide pod for laundry. If you think you will need more than this, or any condiments/sandwich bags etc, I advise to pick some up at the super walmart. I wanted to highlight two things: 1. The owner is VERY responsive to questions or needs, We had answers in just minutes which is WONDERFUL!! They really want you to have a great stay! 2. This is a great lodging option if you have children....this new water park was almost as much fun for them as the Disney parks! It was so much better than just having a pool and really gave us a nice break on the days we did not want to do a full day of Disney. We have two girls ages 2 and 6 and the pool area layout was perfect with a Zero Entry portion for very young children and a direct View of the water park and each had separate childproof safety fences around them so if our older child wanted to go to the water park and the younger one did not want to leave the pool, I could send the 6 year old over to the slides and have a direct view of her the entire time! Overall, amazing stay with fantastic amenities a convenient location at a fraction of the price!! We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended this place to friends!

We stayed here for six nights we went to universal x2. And Disney magic kingdom and Hollywood studios. We were also centrally located for medieval times. And Disney springs. Great location great times.

Enjoyed the pool and game room. The pool area was great for the kids as it did not feel overcrowded. The entire area felt safe and was very convenient to the attractions we were visiting. The condo was clean and it fit our family nicely. We could not see the fireworks from the deck...trees prevented the view. We will stay here again for future trips with the other grandchildren.

This was our second time staying on the Windsor Hills property, so that part we knew we already loved. Between the secure, centralized location, to the awesome pool area, it's especially great for families and adults alike. The condo we went with this time was better than the first. Although the layouts appear the same, this unit was well appointed and decorated nicely. It had all the niceties you'd expect at a much more expensive resort. Communication with the owner was also important for me, and between the vrbo app and the owners excellent availability, everything went smoothly. I've already recommended our stay to friends! Thanks for the great accommodations.

Excellent!

Wonderfully easy access to Walt Disney World and a super Walmart nearby. Plenty of room for our family of four adults. Couldn’t see the Disney fireworks very well as trees have grown up in the line of sight but that didn’t affect our stay. Very comfortable condo. Would highly recommend.

Clean Quiet Perfect for Families

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. Suited all our needs. Pictures of property and amenities are spot on. My five year old had a blast on the waterslides and pool. There is even a small theater located by the clubhouse and you can request a movie. We slept great on very comfy beds and appreciated a very well equipped kitchen. Dave and Pam were always quick to respond to all inquiries. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for my family and I. Super clean and tidy and comfortable. After a long day it was nice to have space for all of us the relax. Convenient to all your Disney parks and shops. Highly recommend staying here! The community was quiet and safe. Cannot say enough about how perfect the place was for our family!
