Excellent location & experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and very conveniently located. Traffic was the only downside to our trip, but that was everywhere, not really related to the property.

Perfect place for a family get away

We loved our long weekend stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable and central to everything! We have really enjoyed staying at the Windsor Hills property in the past because of all that it has to offer with the water park, playground and onsite activities. We look forward to staying here again for future visits!

Excellent Vacation

The location of the townhome worked perfectly with our plans. The best part was the continuously heated pool that worked wonders after a full day at one of the local parks and outside temperature hovering around 55 degrees. The owners are marvelous in communication and responding. Recommend anyone to book and enjoy.

An amazing home in a great gated community! The heated pool on the lanai was an added bonus! Full kitchen ideal for families who dont want to eat out all the time. Access to the community water slides and pool was great too!! So close to everything!! Definitely would stay again!

The unit had everything we might need during our stay. The property management was so responsive and quick to take any action if needed. Kitchenware surprisingly had all the things we needed our stay. We were all so happy with our stay and will choose the same place for our next stay if it will be available.

The property was excellent. My only complaint was the the washer and dryer did not work during our stay. However the owner made an adjustment to our rental to compensate.

Update suggestions

We enjoyed our stay, nice and quiet area after being in the theme park and Rte. 192 chaos. I would suggest an updating of the appliances and a more firm mattress in the master bedroom upstairs.

Perfect stay

We have just returned after an 11 night stay at Casa Mickey, which was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). There was so much space for us all to spread out. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed to set up base. It was particularly handy to have a washing machine and dryer.The location was perfect for Disney, just a short car ride away. It generally took around 15 mins door to car park, and slightly longer home due to traffic coming out of disney.The splash pool was heated perfectly and provided a much needed respite after a busy day in the parks.Amanda and family are very helpful, friendly and responsive.The management company were very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the lock on arrival.Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends.Thanks Amanda and family.

Very responsive management company and host

The host and management company were very responsive when we had concerns during our stay. A note that the picture shows a baby monitor so we didn't bring ours but there is not one on property - in its place were a lot of other things though like sand toys and more strollers!

Awesome Value and Very Convenient

We arrived at the property late at night (early morning) from our journey from Texas. We had the easiest check-in we have encountered in all of our trips due to the key pad combination given to us prior to arrival. Amanda was very helpful and great at communicating with us. The Disney Parks and Universal Studio Parks were a short drive away from the property. After a long day at the parks we were able to soak in the private swimming pool, and have dinner delivered from a nearby restaurant. The property was clean and well-maintained. The security staff at the entry gate were friendly and made us feel very secure in our stay. We highly recommend this property, not only to our family and friends, but to anyone looking for a place to stay on their trip to Orlando.

Solo break

The property was clean and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a trouble free stay. I couldn't get the TV in the main bedroom to work but they may be more down to me not understanding the instructions than anything else. There was a problem with a toilet cistern and after reporting it, it was fixed the same day. Windsor Hills is close to Walmart, 15 mins to Disney and 30 mins to Universal. The patio area and plunge pool were great for cooling off but probably not really big enough for family time, however the clubhouse pool and facilities were great and were a 5 minute walk from the house if you don't have a car. Super area if you have children.

Close to Disney and was a place to sleep

The property for the need we had as a family of four. The smoke alarm batteries went out and we had someone there to fix in hours. Lower bath toilet kept running and was fixed within a day. The hallway carpet was wet at arrival and was wet until our last day. I placed a towel to soak up the water. There were insects in the kids bedroom, and the place could use a really deep clean. The carpet also needs a deep clean. The “pool” is a jacuzzi, which also needs to be deep cleaned. The water was too hot to enjoy with the FL weather. But, it is not a “pool”.

Needs updating & more towels/hot pads

The property was in a great location. The mattresses definitely need replacing. The carpet also DEFINITELY needs replacing (I think the carpet is the reason for the musty smell). Need 2 handtowels per bath & kitchen so when washing one still have one to dry hands. Also kitchen had no hot pads to remove hot pans from oven. The USB cords that connected the tv downstairs were ruined & needed replacing & there were no batteries in the TV remote. This could be a great rental but there are some things that needs replacing & attention.

I am pleased you had a lovely time and thank you for addressing these points - the previous guests used their own games console there and messed around with the cords, which were replaced by the managing agent when you called. The carpet has been fully cleaned and I'm sorry you felt there was a musty smell. It is not something reported by any guests before or after. Casa Mickey stay

The property had everything we needed, (expect the basic no frills) but the internet wasn’t working when we arrived. We notified the property manager and it was fixed on our third day. I did take one star away because the pool area was dirty and the net to clean it had a hole. The pool furniture was also not well maintained. We also paid for the heat and were never told it would only be heated from 9-9. The pool was barely warm, so I was definitely irked since it was important for me to enjoy it after long park days. Also, please make sure you bring all the basics. We only received hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a dish sponge.

Thank you for the comments about the pool heating and I am following up with our managing agent - we had a previous review the pool was too hot so it is a case of fine tuning. Regarding the simple amenities, previously we stocked the house with more, but the Covid sanitation rules mean we can only supply the bare minimum, which we mention on the rental voucher. I agree it can be frustrating, but guests can stock up at several local supermarkets. I’m pleased you enjoyed your stay overall. Best wishes.

Exceptional location, close to parks, somewhat dated.

The property is in a great location. The drive to Disney parks was very quick. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The gated community was nice and the community pool and facilities were excellent and close to the home. The home itself is a little dated. We didn't use the pool due to cool temperatures during out stay. Each room had its own bathroom. The room on the main floor was a queen. The rooms upstairs were a king room and a room with two twin beds. Overall the place was not fancy or new, but we would stay there again. Knocked off 1 star due to cheap/old mattresses, lack of supplies like dish soap/detergent, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. That was clearly stated prior, but it seems like a cheap way to upgrade the overall experience. We spent less than $10 for these supplies at the nearby dollar store for these items - the cost didn't matter, just having to make an extra trip for the supplies.
