Our family would highly recommend this property. We had a party of seven adults and 9 children. We had plenty of room! This home was perfect for us! Great location! And the kids all loved the themed bedrooms and game room! Diego was great! Very helpful! Quick responses! Definitely would stay here again!

Great Experience

The house was exactly as described. Our group had a fabulous time, loved the pool, game room and indoor/outdoor spaces. Diego was so easy to work with, answered my many questions quickly and provided clear instructions for entering the community and house. We all loved our stay!

Freezing cold

We stayed with 9 people in the house. Unfortunatly the weather in Orlando was in this period around 50 Fahrenheit. The heather in the house was not working. They tried to fix this, but they could not fix it. We could not stay in the house during the evenings and had to find places in Orlando in the evenings. We had to sleep in jogging suits and sweaters. Also the last day the WiFi was not working anymore. Hope you can come with a good compensation for us, because this stay was far from pleasant

This is a very unfair review Paul, you let me know about the heater not working on the first floor the day prior to your departure, my AC guy was there the next day and the blower motor had burned out, the house was not cold as the second floor heater was heating helping getting the house at a good temperature, not sure how hot you wanted the house but it was def not cold. As far as the wifi yes, if you had called us about it I would have sent someone there, again the last day of your stay, all it took was reseting the modem which you could have done or called us. Again I apologize the stay wasn't perfect, but it is very unfair to judge someone by two unfortunate issues on the last day of your reservation and yes, both are already fixed :)
