Definitely Would Stay Again

The home is as described in the photos. There is easily plenty of room for 20 plus persons. There are two full size fridges and dishwashers in the kitchen. Two full size laundry rooms in the house and the majority of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The location is excellent if visiting the Orlando Convention Center, Universal or SeaWorld (you literally are a few blocks away from SeaWorld). A couple of things could have easily made this beautiful home a full five star. There needs to be a binder / book with directions for the house (where and how to turn everything on / check-out procedures, where the trash is supposed to go, etc). A few more towels in each of the bathrooms and a better job by management checking the pool area. The house was very clean when we arrived, the pool area had at least seven brown widow spiders that had made very visible nests on the outer areas of the pool. We would definitely rent this property again and would definitely recommend it to others!

Stayed here for a long golf weekend. The house fit 8 guys comfortably and was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Host communicated well and everything went very smoothly. We would rent again. Highly recommended.
