• There is a trash can provided in the bathrooms and kitchen where you can dispose of any garbage.
• I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out.
• In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
• Please minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
• If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.
• A maximum of three visitors is allowed during the day.
• It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Please park your vehicle in the designated space. Only 1 vehicle allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on property premises.
• We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bin.
• Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided trash cans for this in the bathrooms.
• Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

• We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
