Toledo House Guest Suite A. Location, Location, Location. Newly remodeled, cozy suite with king sized bed, coffee bar, separate entrance with large front porch. 50" TV. Full size bath. Great location with off street parking. Adult Only. Compare our suites with others. Ours are much larger, extremely clean and updated. We also have golf carts available for rent at the Toledo House.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This place is incredibly clean and welcoming! It’s a cute and spacious place to stay for two people. It’s definitely worth the price, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

The property was pristine and checking in was a breeze. Skip was extremely helpful (thanks for the speedy tire change) and provided all the direction we needed for the amenities at the property and golf cart. Check out was the simplest of any VRBO properties where we stayed. We would love to stay again on our next trip to PIB.

Perfect spot to relax at Put-in-bay!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Toledo House, on Put-in-bay! It was super comfortable, super clean & super close to all the fun Put-in-bay has to offer. Having a golf cart to rent at the house was a huge blessing as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed during the week, kind of off season. Skip was a very accommodating host. We rented a golf cart from him for the same price we would have paid elsewhere. Our room was very clean and updated. We had no issues with our stay and will look forward to booking the Toledo House again.

Perfect spot!

Cute property, very close to all the action but in a quiet area surrounded by trees. Walking distance to everything. Exceptional service for anything needed, but very little that wasn’t already thought of at the property. Highly recommended.

Toledo House A

I had a very nice, relaxing stay at Toledo House. The room was exceptionally clean. The Host, Skip Morrisson was there to greet me and show me my room. Skip also makes it easy to rent a golf cart, which was very nice, in excellent condition. I would have liked to have seen House B and House C, for future rentals, but they were both occupied.
