Bella Vita is a wonderful 3,118 square foot home in Seacrest Beach with 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, allowing it to accommodate 13 guests. This three story home has ample space for everyone to spend time together. The main floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area complete with a flat screen TV. Bella Vita features two master bedrooms; one on the first level and another on the second level of the home. The main level master bedroom features a king size bed, private full bathroom, and French door access to the home’s covered back porch. Just outside of the main bedroom is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. The second level of the home features a large landing area with comfortable seating, games, books, and a stereo. This level includes 3 more bedrooms. The second master bedroom is on this level and includes a king bed, private full bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub, and French door access to the home’s private second level balcony. A second level guest room includes a queen bed with French doors opening to a private balcony. The third room on this level is a bunkroom and includes two sets of twin over twin bunk beds as well as a trundle. This room also has access to one of the home’s balconies. There is a full bathroom located just outside of the guest room and bunkroom. The top floor offers guests endless possibilities with a refreshment area including a mini fridge and sink, a sleeper sofa, full bathroom, chairs for lounging, TV, and an open-air balcony. This area can double as either a hang out room or a bedroom. Whatever you are looking for in a vacation, Bella Vita will be sure to help you find it. The property is dated and not super clean.

Leading up to the visit dealing with the management company was awesome. Gary sent us links to rent chairs and bikes. The instructions were clear and they were quick to answer any questions I had in preparation for our visit.

Arrival- the house was ready when promised. They had several trash bags, dishwashing soap, clean kitchen towels and a fresh roll of paper towels all ready for us. The sheets and towels were clean. Each bathroom had a bar of soap. The wifi worked well. Parking was super convenient. The location of the house and ease of the tram to get to the beach cannot be beat. They had pots and pans that made cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner possible.

The house itself is dated. The carpet in the downstairs master is stained. The brown couch downstairs is stained, dingy and well worn. The kitchen light fixture had cob webs. There were several areas that had not been dusted in a while. The sheets were clean but the bed coverings (quilts, duvets, etc...) were dingy and stained. (I know from prior reviews that I can call and ask someone to come back and clean but you can't ask for new furniture or carpet cleaning or new bedding, etc.)

The house has great potential but needs some TLC.

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Perfect for large family. Plenty of places to hang out including porches and balconies and 3rd floor lounge area. Everything clean and well supplied with plenty of linens for a large group. Beach and beautiful, huge pool was an easy walk or shuttle ride. We walked it many times with children. Shopping area with some eating choices easy walk also. Neighborhood perfect for biking or walking. Grocery stores nearby by car. Would definitely go back to same house again. Only negative was chair rental company lining too much waterfront with rental chairs. Many were not used in the 6 days we were there. There was very little space for private chairs.

As of 2017, the contractual arrangement with the exclusive beach provider is that they have 50% of the 240' of beach to set up chairs/umbrellas. The other 50% of the private beach is open for guest and homeowners to bring their own chairs and umbrellas. While the peak summer season is crowded along all beach communities of 30A, this arrangement has worked out very well for our private beach access. Not cleaned, unsafe and decor needs upgrading and updating.

Not clean(pictures if needed), and not safe for children. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella, they were locked in a trunk on the porch. Grill had to be cleaned before using. Family room seated only 5-6 people on a dirty sectional, a very small space for a 4-5bdrm house. The decor was the lowest quality I have seen in Seacrest. Our stay was 10 days.

I contacted this guest on multiple occasions prior to and during her stay. Discussions concerned location of the house, entry to the house, wifi access and tram access. All of the answers to your questions are either posted at the house or had been emailed to you prior to your arrival. Each time I replied to questions I never received a confirmation from the guest, even when I followed up in an attempt to confirm the guest had received answers I did not receive a reply from the guest.At no time did you mention any cleanliness issues. This is a private home. The owners have items put away for their use. The box on the back porch is items the owner has stored for their use. No where in the ad or in any communication with the guest was there ever mention or implied that beach chairs or umbrellas were provided. As for the house not being safe for children, again I had no communication from you on this matter and frankly have no idea as to the reasoning behind your statement. We provide guest with full details on the house and ask guest to read the information so that the guest know what to expect prior to arriving at the house.I regret the house did not meet your needs and for your future rental bookings, I would strongly suggest you thoroughly read the property description, look at the pictures and inquire about whatever safety concerns you may have prior to reserving a property. Should any future or potential guest have concerns or questions about this review please contact me.

Nice Property

Our stay went well. Great floor plan and plenty of room for several families. Everything worked as advertised and we had no issues that required us to contact the property manager. The place was starting to show its age with a little wear and tear but nothing too bad (and I am very picky). We would stay here again.
