Villas at Seacrest Beach vacation rentals

We had the most incredible stay at Tudorland South! The condo's location is darn near perfect; we were able to access the community pool in our backyard! This made trips back and forth seamless for our family of 6, one kiddo who uses a walker, which made this space even more accessible for us. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, too (chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards, cooler). The beach is right across the street and the tram service helped us immensely with our family's needs. We were also able to walk to the Seacrest Beach square everyday, along with Rosemary Beach's, where there is plenty of shopping, coffee options, and restaurants. The condo is very well-maintained and had everything we could possibly need. Katherine was also very easy to communicate with! She responded to a couple emails I had sent leading up to our arrival within minutes of sending them, providing valuable feedback and giving great recommendations for supply rentals for our 7mo baby we had with us. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Several shops were close enough as well to not have to drive. The house was well equipped and clean. Our family (4 adults and 2 children) were pleased with the accommodations and would book again. Communication with Marriott was incredible and helpful - we booked thru Marriott Homes & Villas - and yes, you get the points!!

Host was very accommodating, location was perfect, and unit was very clean and had everything we needed. - very kid friendly to walk to pool area (no steps for carrying little ones), nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. Pictures of property are very accurate - was actually nicer than expected. Would definitely recommend, we enjoyed our stay!

We usually stay in watersound, for the quiet and privacy, but found this on a short notice and shorter stay. Def busier and louder but to be expected. Very clean, open, spacious property. Pool directly outside back patio. Beach, 100 yards across the street. Can’t beat for those two aspects. Right next to Rosemary, Alys and not far from Seaside, all our 3 favorite places. Beach a little crowded but to be expected. Super convenient to so many things. Ice machine seemed blocked in refrigerator, fryer has no lint vent. Outside of that everything in working order and more than sufficient. Would def look at booking again.

This is our second time at this location. The location is perfect. The atmosphere is fun-and up scale! The property managers worked well with any issues we had. I highly recommend the property and the location.

My family and I stayed here for spring break and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the location and ease of accessibility but also by the number of amenities inside the condo. Plenty of towels (we brought our own sheets and towels incase), garbage bags, cleaning supplies- etc. it was very clean. It’s a definite repeat. Also, the view of the pool was great, the beach tram was literally 5 steps out of the building.

Great location! Plenty of space for our group of 7. The only “pain” was the front door key situation - 2 keys were provided and left in a lockbox, but the lockbox was difficult to open and close. It just made logistics inconvenient. Would have been nice if the door just had a code to get in. Small price to “pay” for an otherwise great place!
