Villas at Seacrest Beach vacation rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home in the Seacrest beach area. The pool is just out the back door and the beach was within walking distance. Several shops were close enough as well to not have to drive. The house was well equipped and clean. Our family (4 adults and 2 children) were pleased with the accommodations and would book again. Communication with Marriott was incredible and helpful - we booked thru Marriott Homes & Villas - and yes, you get the points!!

Host was very accommodating, location was perfect, and unit was very clean and had everything we needed. - very kid friendly to walk to pool area (no steps for carrying little ones), nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. Pictures of property are very accurate - was actually nicer than expected. Would definitely recommend, we enjoyed our stay!

We usually stay in watersound, for the quiet and privacy, but found this on a short notice and shorter stay. Def busier and louder but to be expected. Very clean, open, spacious property. Pool directly outside back patio. Beach, 100 yards across the street. Can’t beat for those two aspects. Right next to Rosemary, Alys and not far from Seaside, all our 3 favorite places. Beach a little crowded but to be expected. Super convenient to so many things. Ice machine seemed blocked in refrigerator, fryer has no lint vent. Outside of that everything in working order and more than sufficient. Would def look at booking again.

This is our second time at this location. The location is perfect. The atmosphere is fun-and up scale! The property managers worked well with any issues we had. I highly recommend the property and the location.

My family and I stayed here for spring break and we were pleasantly surprised not only by the location and ease of accessibility but also by the number of amenities inside the condo. Plenty of towels (we brought our own sheets and towels incase), garbage bags, cleaning supplies- etc. it was very clean. It’s a definite repeat. Also, the view of the pool was great, the beach tram was literally 5 steps out of the building.

Great location! Plenty of space for our group of 7. The only “pain” was the front door key situation - 2 keys were provided and left in a lockbox, but the lockbox was difficult to open and close. It just made logistics inconvenient. Would have been nice if the door just had a code to get in. Small price to “pay” for an otherwise great place!
