Brand new private one bedroom apartment with all the comforts of home is located just a ten minute walk to Vermont’s oldest state park. The Mt Philo trail provides some of the best western views and sunsets over Lake Champlain and is fully accessible. The night sky here is perfect for stargazing. The apartment looks out into our five acre mini-forest and is just minutes to Lake Champlain and the ferry to the Adirondacks. The home is owner occupied with entirely separate entrances and living spaces. Plus, it is an easy drive or commute to Burlington or Middlebury. This space is ideal for traveling nurses or healthcare workers.
