3 Mökki Rd on rakennettu myöhÀÀn 1890-luvulla ja sen kautta paljon kunnostus ja restaurointi, yllÀpitÀÀ edelleen tunne, millaista oli elÀÀ rannalla toisella kertaa - kaikki helpon pÀÀsyn NYC kautta nopea lÀhiliikenteen lautta, paikallisjunat tai lÀhellÀ bussilinjan.
Vuoden vaihteessa kaupungin Monmouthin Beach oli kesÀn vetÀytyÀ monia tunnettuja perheet New Yorkin ja Philadelphian alueilla.

Vaikka se on tullut ympÀri vuoden yhteisö, Monmouth Beach houkuttelee edelleen kesÀn lomanviettÀjille jotka nauttivat rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta asuu pieni rantakaupunki asetus.

Vaikka rauhassa kaupunkimme keskeytyi viime hirmumyrsky Sandy Storm, meidÀn vuosisadan vanha koti osoittautui esimerkki siitÀ, miksi uudet asiat eivÀt ole aina parempi. Kuten useimmat vuosisadan koteja pitkin Ocean Ave, 3 Cottage Rd tuli lÀpi myrskyn kauniisti.

EnsimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa uusi keittiö on uusittu ja pÀivitetty sisÀ- ja ulkona viihdyttÀvÀ. Iso olohuone, ruokailutila ja lukeminen huonetta, alakerrassa osa vuokra ja kaikki on 10 "katot.

Toisessa kerroksessa on suuri makuuhuone sviitti, vierashuone, jossa ranskalaiset ovet, jotka johtavat lesken kÀvellÀ ja kauniit nÀkymÀt naapuruston ja Atlantin valtamerellÀ. TÀmÀ ylemmÀssÀ kerroksessa on myös tÀysi kylpyamme ja erillinen pesutupa, jossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja runsaasti tallennustilaa lakanat, jne.

Avainsanat: Attached Carriage House rauhallisella ranta yhteisön ympÀröi suurempia asuntoja. KÀvele suuria valtameren rannalla tai joenvarsialue marina ja ruokailuun uusittu rantatavernasta.
Upean merinÀköalan huoneissa lesken kÀvellÀ, iso edessÀ kuisti nauttia iltapÀivÀn seabreezes joka johtaa hoidettuja nurmikkoa, puutarha ja ulkona viihdyttÀvÀ alueella grilli.
Hiljattain uusittu keittiö Viking liesi, graniitti työtasot ja suuren maatilan pesuallas, joka yhdistÀÀ maan tyyliin ruokasalissa.

Beautiful rental with wonderful hosts

The rental is more beautiful than its photos. Very comfortable and well designed. The beach is truly at the end of the block. Going back again next year!

Amazing Beach Getaway - an hour from NY!

Two summers ago, we were lucky to run into this listing. Once we found it, we contacted the owners, and were able to secure a lease for the summer. It was the best rental we could have had - we loved our stay! The owners are wonderful, warm, and helpful; the home is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals - although we also took advantage of the grill that they owners had. The property is incredibly close to the ocean (which our children loved) which made going to the beach a pleasure, since we could go for an hour without thinking about it. Of course, on those days where the kids didn't want to go to the beach, they were able to play in the big grassy yard. And, if this were not enough, the property is located in a great small town close to lots of local attractions from Sandy Hook to Jenksinson's Boardwalk. And of course, another plus is this property is just an hour away from NY by car or boat! We can't recommend the place enough; it was an amazing experience.

A special place at the beach

My husband and I along with our son (under 1) stayed here for a long period while our home was being renovated nearby. The home itself is one of the few original beach homes in town dating back to the early 1900s and still has its beach house charm with modern conveniences. The layout is great and very spacious, unlike the tight city living that we were used to. With two floors, you have everything you need including chef's kitchen (my husband is the cook in our house and appreciated this), laundry room and reading room (although we used this as a playroom). The photos don’t do it justice, but the accommodations were great. There was an area for us to BBQ, ride our bikes into town, to the local park or even to the marina nearby to see the boats and ducks or (for mom and dad) enjoy happy hour with live music during sunset at the Channel Club tiki bar :). Best of all, we could walk across the street to our own private beach on the warmer days without having to fight crowds or search for a parking spot. For those who don’t know of Monmouth Beach, it is a quaint seashore town only a short ferry ride from Manhattan. There is plenty to do for all ages nearby. For us, it was a great place to escape the city and especially for those with kids who enjoy being outdoors! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

This house rental is a real gem. What makes it special is that the owners have lived in the town for over 35 years and they have made the house a home. The garden is beautiful, there is an area to have bbqs, and there is a private beach across the street prefect for family. The location is ideal close enough to the beach and shopping and but still very private. The owners make you feel settled in no time, while leave you to enjoy the seashore escape. Feels like a true seashore vacation. We have rented the house many times with our family and children and enjoy the small town charm while love being able to get into NYC by the ferry only 1 hour away. We look forward to going back very soon!

My wife and I have lived at 3 Cottage Rd for over 40 years and are only the third owners of this turn of the century seashore home.
Our two grown daughters that were raised here and actually decided that our lawn was the perfect place to get married.
We have a small sailboat and also play golf at many of the local public courses.
We both travel for both business and pleasure and enjoy escaping to the California desert in Palm Desert for winter golfing.
Because of the layout of our house and the nature of our business, we have had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world who have rented here and continue to keep in touch.

Although the look of Monmouth Beach has changed somewhat over the years, the small town feeling has not. Living at the beach, cooking out at night or something as simple as watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning are the things that still mean a lot to us, and have appealed to our renters as well.

Ideal for professional couples who want to be at the beach for the summer, but still need to be at the office, our location is a commuter's dream. Many of our previous renters have owned primary homes in New York or other parts of the world, and appreciated the ability to enjoy all be advantages and flexibiity of renting a second home without the complications of owning it. Just a short cab ride from the high speed Manhattan ferry on Friday and your at your home at the beach - it's as simple as that.
