Klickitat River's Edge Retreat

Relax on the deck as you enjoy the river flowing by and the view of the majestic canyon wall. This property is on a large lot with boat access, RV hookup and circular driveway. You'll enjoy incredible views from every window. Enjoy the wildlife (turkeys, bald eagles, deer). The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a half bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.
There are 5 recliners in the love seat, couch and easy chair. The property has a fire pit with plenty of wood and two picnic tables and benches. This property has a cabin that sleeps six, all with queen size beds. All together the two houses sleeps fourteen people so it is great for family gatherings.

$20 pet fee per pet.

Great location to enjoy the Klickitat Valley

We were there for an organized ride in Goldendale, and the cabin was a convenient location and nice, clean, comfortable place for our team to spend the night.

Traveling for a birthday.

This is the third year for a guys' weekend. We'll be booking it again. One comment. The sulfur in the water needs some attention. One suggestion. Enlarge the parking. It takes some maneuvering with the pickups and boats on trailers.

Pleasant Stay in a Scenic Loction

The house was perfect; larger than it looks and on the river. We only spent a short time there, arriving late and leaving early, but it would be great for a bit more time relaxing by the river with a campfire or hanging out in the comfortable living room.

Great place to stay and enter the river. We kayaked from the front door! Nice AC, kitchen, outdoor BBQ, clean…. Klickitat is a nice community - visit the museum, the store… and swim from the beach.

Great Relaxing stay

We had a great time at this house. It was the perfect base camp to explore the Columbia Gorge! Was surprised that there was second house on the property and it caused a bit of confusion when we arrived. But we worked through it with the other guest!

Great House!

Myself and 3 friends rented this cabin for NYE. It’s right on the water and very quiet. There is another cabin about 15 yards away which was a bit surprising but nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and had no issues!

Bridal Party

The property was great! Love the view, the location, the privacy. The cabin on the property was also rented out for the party. Alex the property manager did come out to the property with a bottle of wine and made sure everything was working well, very nice. We all made our way to town and enjoyed Huntingtons Steakhouse - they knew in advance that we would be there and Richard, Stephanie and staff made our night with the wonderful decorations and hospitality. Our stay was great and we all enjoyed it! The only concern I had was not getting very clear communication on the check in process.

A perfect place for family to gather

The house was nice and clean as well as comfortable and quiet. We chose it for its close proximity to Herland Forest. The neighborhood was nice and having the Klikitat River in the backyard felt very intimate and lovely as we gathered, shared meals and even had a little dance party! The water tasted like it may come from well? But there was a large water dispenser in the dining room so, not really a problem. bbbmeals

Klickatat

House was clean and comfortable, located right on the Klickatat river. Enjoyed the tiny town of Klickatat and recommend the coffee shop. The one suggestion I offer is that there is a cabinet immediately on the left as you enter the bathroom, above the toilet. Two of three people hit their heads on the cabinet. It has a very shat corner that could do real damage. Suggest either removing the cabinet (preferably) or putting numbers all around the bottom and especially the sharp corner.We very much enjoyed our stay and would return again.
