Beautiful riverfront home with private beach and brand new private boat dock including two sea doo ramps. The beach is incredible! There are two levels of covered patios above the beach. The home is set on two enormous lots. It has a roundabout driveway surrounded by grass with enough room to park an RV, boats and all the toys and cars you can bring. Bring the whole family to this great home with room for everyone.

The home is located just a mile and a half from Rotary Park where you can launch your boat, enjoy the soccer/baseball fields, fishing pier, Pickleball courts, frisbee golf, beach, volleyball courts, dog parks, playgrounds, basketball courts, skate park, and much more. The Laughlin Ranch golf course is just 10 miles away. You can also access Laughlin casinos within 7 miles.

Amazing Experience

My family and I were really amazed on how beautiful the house was inside and out! We had a lot of fun having a private beach in the backyard! Olivia was such a great host, and was really great with communication. We will definitely be coming back!

River house was nice

The house was nice had everything to be comfortable. Was greatly appreciated the air on when we arrived. They had chairs to use. If you are looking to put a boat here you can’t stay here. The water is way too low. There’s a sand bar right in front of the house. Jet skis would be ok to use here and stay . We had a nice time. Thank You

Great amenities! Everything needed was there for a great river trip!!! Highly recommended as the owners were very diligent and helpful when any thing was needed or answered. Will use again. My entire family had a blast!!Thank you Olivia.

Property is just as described in listing, beautiful home with plenty of space and activities for various ages. The beach portion was perfect and such a nice amenity. Check in was smooth and host was very responsive. 10/10 would definitely stay again.
