Seven Mile Beach Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo with Pool/Jacuzzi

This 2,119 square foot beachfront condominium is only a few steps away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea. From this location you can experience a leisurely walk along the world famous Seven Mile Beach, go snorkeling, swim, or just relax and soak up the perfect weather. The condo is part of a private resort comprised of 24 properties. The condo is on the second level offering unobstructed views of the ocean.

The condo boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, queen size sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and enclosed patio. The resort offers a fully equipped gym, 2 barbecues, pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of lawn space for games.

Unfortunately, a storm in 2022 eroded the beach in the area of Crescent Point. This happens from time to time in Cayman. While we have a nice beach with umbrellas and beach chairs, it is not possible to walk along the beach North to the main part of Seven Mile Beach. It is best to take the sidewalk along West Bay Road under the big tunnel about 1/2 mile to the first public beach access path to Seven Mile Beach. From there you can walk North along beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Fortunately, the reef in front of Crescent Point has protected the sand of our beach. Also, about 100 yards to the left (South) along the beach is a lagoon for children to play and for wave-free swimming. A breakwater surrounds the lagoon, so there rarely are waves.

The location is within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Caymana Bay with its restaurants and good shopping. A short cab ride will take you to any of Cayman's many fine restaurants. For those of you who have a knack for adventure, you can rent a sailboat, jet ski, or kayak from Red Sail Sports at the nearby Marriott Beach Resort, which is only a three-minute walk along the West Bay Road sidewalk. The Marriott Beach Resort has a fantastic ocean-front restaurant as well as crepes and gelato in the lobby. You can also book activities at Red Sail Sports at the Marriott. The unforgettable Stingray City, is only a short boat ride away. After your first visit to this condo and the Cayman Islands, you will want to keep coming back!

Amazing Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Highly recommend a Family renting this property anytime but especially if they are coming in Thanksgiving week to attend NCAA Basketball Cayman Islands Classic. The property offers fantastic water views, easy access to beach/pool and walking distance to many restaurants/bars.

The property exceeded our expectations in many ways. The pool and beach were great. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, liquor stores, and great beaches making a car unnecessary. The unit is in the front building so you are looking over the beach and water. Nice complex, never had a feeling of being crowded or noisy. The beach in front is quiet because it does not connect to the rest of Seven Mile beach.

We cannot control the weather we have on vacation, unfortunately! But our stay on this property was excellent and I would choose to stay again if given the chance. The description of the property is accurate, including comments on the coral on the beach and access to 7 mile beach. The condo was spotless, very comfortable, and we felt very welcome. Mattresses were new. Linens were also. Kitchen well stocked. Cleaning staff is fantastic. It was a great week!

Great condo. The beach was disappointing due to the rocks, but we adjusted our expectations and had a great time. I did not know the cleaning lady was so attentive and did not realize this was our vacation and needed us to be on her schedule- a bit disappointing for our vacation- we didn’t need her once a day without washing towels. She adjusted..all is well.

Spring Break 2023

Trip and condo were great. We gave a couple of three stars based on the information not provided to us about the check in process. I sent several emails the day before our trip to the owner and property manager asking for check in info to which none were answered until the day of our trip. It was very uncomfortable not knowing how were going to check in until we got there. The information finally provided to us was unavailable until we landed in GCM. Once there our trip or the accommodations couldn't have been better.

Grand Cayman ocean front getaway

Ocean front 2nd floor unit with windows on 2 sides. Sunset views and the unit was very nice. There is a small beach in front. Note you have to walk over rocks to get in. The true sand in beach is up 7 mile beach via short drive. There is also a small protected beach on the left side that leads to snorkeling. Lots of room for our family - but if you want to have an extra cot (we had 6 and needed another bed) you have to let them know ahead. We asked for one at check in, but it was too late for the week. Note that December can be a windy and we were advised if you are committed to water sports you might want to go in January (or later). We had some very high wind days preventing us from going in, but then it cleared up. The upside of the wind is less bugs - also you can always go to another side of the island where the water is calmer. Make sure and get the name of the condo unit in your communication. The current version of the 'where you stay' in VRBO does not give the condo name and this made it very challenging for us to find the location. We enjoyed our stay.

False advertising

I booked this property for the purposes of taking our family to Cayman for my husband's 50th birthday, to see his best friend who lives there. When I booked the reservation in July 2018, the price quoted on the VRBO website was a GREAT deal! I snapped it up right away and based all of our travel plans on staying at this property with our 3 adult children and our two school age children. Two days before we were scheduled to arrive I contacted the "Property Owner" to inquire about pre-arrival information and I received a response from the onsite property manager telling me to check in at the resort desk upon my arrival on 10/24/19. When we arrived at 10pm that night, the property manager told me that something was "wrong with our reservation" and that I would need to pay a very large additional for my stay. I insisted that the price I paid 15 months ago to be honored, and was told that she'd contacted the owner in the U.S.A. and he refused to honor the price I'd paid. I was told that I could stay there one night for the price I'd already paid, and after that I would need to either pay or find another place to stay. We decided to go to a hotel down the road for the night to re-group and make a new plan, and the property manager agreed to refund our full amount. This was a very upsetting and disappointing experience and I am horrified that the property owner/manager would not honor the deal that was made when I paid for this reservation over 15 months ago! Surely there was time to discover their mistake and alert me prior to my late night arrival? I've contacted VRBO and was informed it is the property owner's responsibility to ensure accurate pricing on the website. Obviously this was not done!! And, I also learned that if this were to ever happen to me in the future, all I have to do is contact VRBO and they will assist me with finding another property at no additional cost to me. I didn't understand this at the time, and was too upset to have found that so late in the evening. We found another resort to accommodate us for the remainder of our time in Cayman, although it wasn't a condo :-(. Fair warning: confirm the rate with the owner, don't trust the rates on the website for this property!!!!

Regarding this very unfortunate incident, the Crescent Point Property Manager called me the day our guests were to arrive to ask if I had given them the that was 1/10th the regular per night rate and I said "no." I said that they should be charged the correct nightly rate. I thought there must have been some error with VRBO system. When our guest arrived about 10:15pm on October 24, the Property Manager told her that there was an error in the rate that she had booked and that the correct rate was significantly higher. She strongly objected saying that we had to honor the rate she had booked in July 2018. The Property Manager suggested that our guest and her family stay in our unit that night and that she would call me the next morning to work out a resolution. The guest said "no," that she would take her family to a hotel instead of talking to me the next morning about the rate she had booked. She requested a full refund, which was re-paid to her in a timely manner. Following this unfortunate incident, I called VRBO and they checked the details of this booking. VRBO found that at the time the guest's reservation was booked in July of 2018, the rate I had listed was indeed 1/10 the correct rate. In error, I had entered a rate that was too low by one decimal point. My mistake must have occurred when I was updating the rates for the next several years. I apologized to our unfortunate prospective guest in writing and on a phone call to her husband for the inconvenience my error had caused them. I explained that the Crescent Point Manager and I strive to have our guests visits to Cayman be enjoyable and relaxing. I have taken the following actions to prevent future problems regarding incorrect rates: § I have checked the listed rates between now and 2023 and they are all correct. § Fortunately, new VRBO screens and tools have made setting the rates much easier and allow more effective reviews by the owners to prevent errors like my having entered a rate that was only 1/10th of what I intended to enter. § The Crescent Point Property Manager will call me immediately if she finds any incorrect rates and I will work with her to correct any error in rates far in advance of the arrival of our guests. § If an incorrect rate has not been corrected by the time any guests arrive at Crescent Point, the Crescent Point Property Manager will honor that incorrect rate.

Great location

The unit is on the second floor overlooking the beach. The property has 28 units. Hardly anyone there. It was like having a private resort. Unit was cleaned daily. Pool furniture was also cleaned daily. We had beautiful sunsets and a private beach. The unit was very comfortable. The development is on 7 mile beach. There is a grocery and wine store nearby. Restaurants also close by.

Dive week

Rented for a family dive trip. The condo was spotless when we arrived and check in was easy. There is currently some construction next door but we never heard any significant noise. The condo is bigger and much nicer than the pictures in the listing with new den furniture. The on demand water heater and great pressure we’re an extra plus. The grounds were immaculate and both the beach and pool area had lots of available seating all day, no need to get out early to claim a spot. The porch view was worth the rental by itself, it is beautiful and feels private and secluded. I would happily spend another week there.

Ocean enjoyment

The unit we rented has a direct view of beautiful azure water. Second floor right on the beach. Very close to great restaurants and good snorkelling with abundance of sea colours of the fish and coral. Peaceful and quiet if you just feel like relaxing by the pool and reading a good book A lot to do for the whole family. Our second time at this complex and we will be back Highly recommended

Great value on Grand Cayman

We have been to Cayman many times and this condo was the best value we have encountered so far. The large, oceanfront screened patio was well furnished and the interior furnishings were very nice. The mature landscaping around the units was beautiful and very well kept. It is easily on a par with more expensive properties here. The only disadvantage may be the iron shore rockiness at the water’s edge, but the beach area was nice. The pool and fitness rooms were first rate and Pauline, the property manager, was lovely. She responded to all messages instantly and was waiting for us when we arrived on a Sunday.

My family owns and rents out Crescent Point Resort Units 2 and 11 because we love to have several families visit Cayman together. There are many great activities in Cayman, or you can just sit on the beach, read a good book and enjoy a beautiful sunset at the end of the day.

What makes this property unique

Crescent Point Resort is located on Cayman's world-famous Seven Mile Beach. A beautiful beach is located only steps away. We love to hear the waves breaking on the reef right in front of our home. The reef is one of the best for snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach. Easy access to the open ocean is only 50 yards down the beach in front of neighboring Plantation Village. A short 2 minute walk further takes you to the Marriott Resort where you can rent a sail boat, rent snorkeling gear or book a trip to Sting Ray City. The Marriott Resort also has several great restaurants and a gelato shop. What more could anyone ask for?

A 10 minute walk takes you to Caymana Bay, which features great shopping, fine dining and a cinema. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of Crescent Point Resort or be part of the excitement offered by Cayman only a short walk away.

This unit is one of only six at Crescent Point Resort with three bathrooms, instead of only two, giving each of the three bedrooms their own adjoining bathroom.
