This 2,119 square foot beachfront condominium is only a few steps away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea. From this location you can experience a leisurely walk along the world famous Seven Mile Beach, go snorkeling, swim, or just relax and soak up the perfect weather. The condo is part of a private resort comprised of 24 properties. The condo is on the second level offering unobstructed views of the ocean.

The condo boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, queen size sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and enclosed patio. The resort offers a fully equipped gym, 2 barbecues, pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of lawn space for games. This location is central for superb dining, renting a sailboat, jet ski, or kayak, and viewing the sites like Stingray City and the Turtle Farm. Three minute walk along the beach to the Marriott Beach Resort with a fantastic ocean-front restaurant as well as crepes and gelato in the lobby. Reserve water sports equipment and book activities at Red Sail at the Marriott. You will return time and again after experiencing this majestic place for the first time!

About The Owner

My family and I live in California. We love to visit Cayman several times a year. When we are not enjoying our Cayman home, we rent it so other people can experience the fun of staying right on Seven Mile Beach.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1995

Why The Owner chose George Town

My family owns and rents out Crescent Point Resort Units 2 and 11 because we love to have several families visit Cayman together. There are many great activities in Cayman, or you can just sit on the beach, read a good book and enjoy a beautiful sunset at the end of the day.

What makes this condo unique

Crescent Point Resort is located on Cayman's world-famous Seven Mile Beach. A beautiful beach is located only steps away. We love to hear the waves breaking on the reef right in front of our home. The reef is one of the best for snorkeling on Seven Mile Beach. Easy access to the open ocean is only 50 yards down the beach in front of neighboring Plantation Village. A short 2 minute walk further takes you to the Marriott Resort where you can rent a sail boat, rent snorkeling gear or book a trip to Sting Ray City. The Marriott Resort also has several great restaurants and a gelato shop. What more could anyone ask for?

A 10 minute walk takes you to Caymana Bay, which features great shopping, fine dining and a cinema. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of Crescent Point Resort or be part of the excitement offered by Cayman only a short walk away.

This unit is one of only six at Crescent Point Resort with three bathrooms, instead of only two, giving each of the three bedrooms their own adjoining bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in Crescent Point #11 more than words can say. It was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo itself has a great layout. Each of the 3 large bedrooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen opens up to a large living area with a spectacular view of the crystal Caribbean Sea. The living space is large enough for children to be able to play on the floor and has ample room to sit and relax as well. The view from the balcony (which spans across the living room and the master bedroom) is truly breathtaking. Because the unit is on the second floor at the very front of the complex, the ocean is all you see. The dining and living areas also offer incredible views of the pool and down Seven Mile Beach. Having lived on the island for over a year, the pool and garden area at Crescent Point is one of the best you will find in Cayman. Large grass areas provide a great space for children to play and the beautiful pool has many places to lounge. The property – both inside and outside – is very well maintained. The property manager is fabulous and attends to any needs you may have immediately. The complex has many vacationers but also a handful of families that call Crescent Point their home. It was lovely to have some many friendly families and children for us to interact with. We loved our extended stay in this beautiful condo.

Wonderful accommodations, great location

Our group of six women had a wonderful stay! The condo is spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The screened in balcony deck is it’s best feature, overlooks the beach and was our favorite spot, morning and night. Fabulous pool and hot tub - often, we were the only ones there until longer term residents made their way down at the end of the day. The private beach is a perfect spot to read or relax under the palms, or watch the sun set. The unit is just a few minutes walk on the the beach to the Marriott should you want a beachside restaurant and bar. Convenient to restaurants, snorkel rentals, and a 15 min walk to Kirt’s Market (they will also deliver to your unit on the day you arrive if you email ahead of time). Pauline, the property manager, was very pleasant and easy to work with. All in all, a fantastic stay! We would definitely return.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at Crescent Point any more than we did. The condo is perfect and the views - divine. The condo and grounds are immaculate and the staff - so nice.

Wonderful Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The Condo is great with plenty of space and very comfortable seating on the porch overlooking the ocean. It is a great choice for staying on seven mile beach, close to everything and Georgetown. We would definitely rent here in the future.
