Not overcrowded and great location.

First time to Cayman and "what an experience". The snorkeling right in front and to each side was great. Barracudas, eagle rays, sea turtles and everything else you can imagine was right there steps away. I will definitely be back due to the minimum amount of people on the properties beach. Everyone had a front row seat with space in between.

Great time at Cayman Reef #42!

We had the best time in the Cayman Islands. The property manager, Jennifer, introduced us to the resort when we arrived and the told us things we needed to know. The condo was perfect for my family including 4 kids. The view of the ocean was wonderful! We never had any trouble finding an umbrella and chairs at the resort. The water was calm and clear and the sand was soft. Having the beach towels and toys provided for us was really nice. The kids liked the pool too. The condo was convenient to everything – the Marriott, Camana Bay, etc. I even tried the public bus to get groceries at Kirk’s Market. It was super easy. We will be back!

Perfect location, beautiful white sandy beach, gorgeous crystal blue water, great people! Heaven!

We stayed here with our two year old twins and and family. The condo has everything you would need and is very comfortable! Carol and Jenn were a dream to work with and accommodated our every need while traveling with young children.

There are two balconies with gorgeous beach views for stunning sunrises and sunsets- we are every meal out there! The living room is comfortable and sat 5 adults comfortably with two 2 yr olds running around too! The bedrooms are spacious and have lots of closet space and dresser space. Great views from both larger bedrooms with queen beds. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was amazing- we didn't have to pack much and there were plenty of beach and bath towels provided so that we weren't doing laundry every day either!!! (Laundry detergents were provided too!)

We loved waking up and walking 10 steps to the beach or the pool in the either direction! Everyone we met there was kind and friendly- we made great friends we will keep in touch with.

The beach is beyond gorgeous- white powder sand crystal clear beautiful calm water which was great for the kids or just lounging on a raft. We were happy the condo had someone watching for cruise people trying to use the beach- they don't allow cruise guests on property and asked them to leave-while others nearby allowed cruisers to use their beach and chairs, and it was horrible for those guests at those places- sooo crowded!

This place is in a great location for walking the beach- Marriott to the left and Ritz to the right. (Best pina coladas) A fun beach bar to the right within walking distance for dinner or drinks.

The pool was always very clean and quiet- rarely anyone there. There's also a room filled with floats, noodles and beach toys for you to use if you'd like.

We had a blast and will return! The location of the condo on seven mile beach is great and the location within the property is perfect! Great beach views, upper floor so u don't get walk bys or beach traffic noise. Always quiet at night and like home inside. Tvs in each room if you like to do that to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed- we cooked all meals except for one inside the condo and ate out on the balcony.

There's a package store, subway, Wendy's, gas station and scuba shop across the way...we ordered groceries ahead of time- pricey but worth it!

We loved it so much we would come back to the exact same condo and stay again. I'm sure we will be back. Thanks Carol for a great experience!

A wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cayman Reef and highly recommend Carol's unit. Jennifer met us at the condo and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The view from each of the balconies is worth the price of admission. My only issue was with the babysitting service AAA--UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THEM.

We were a group of five and found unit 42 adequate at best. Location of this condo is at very far end of SMB. Upon arriving to the unit was shocked at the condition of the front door both outside and inside; dirty with black fingerprints all around door knobs, not a welcoming greeting. The staircase leading up to the bedrooms was another major disappointment with a filthy banister, chipped paint and worn grey carpeting. Unit was not clean and available upon arrival. The condo looks much larger in pictures so be forewarned it is not big. Terrace off kitchen was nice to have coffee or a cocktail but small. As a previous renter mentioned, overall this unit is outdated and needs upgrading. Had we seen this unit in person before staying here never would have booked here for what we paid. Having traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean was not impressed with this condo nor SMB.

In our rental agreement we ask all of our guests to please let us know right away if there are any issues at all so that we can resolve them right away. We have many units on 7 mile and pride ourselves at working hard to please all of our guests as you can see by the many great reviews we receive. In fact it was a previous guest and a friend of yours that referred you to us and recommended you stay in this unit because they were so happy with the unit, and our service. Regarding the size of our unit - it is approx 1500 square feet condo, 2 stories, with 2 view balconies which is quite big considering you are on prime real estate right on the beach. This unit was updated with all brand new furniture 2yrs ago. The pictures and description online of our unit are true and accurate. Our location is definitely not at the far end of SMB as you state. This complex is one of the most centralized complexes on all of 7 Mile Beach within walking distance to most everything, and right across from Camana Bay. We are sorry that you were not impressed with Seven Mile Beach as most visitors to Cayman return regularly to enjoy it, and it is regarded as one of the nicest beaches in the world. U.S. News and Wold Report have ranked it number 1 in the world, and readers of the Caribbean Journal have voted it best beach in the Caribbean.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Maid service is provided twice weekly for a 7 night stay (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out. If you require maid service more regularly we can provide it at an additional cost of $35 per maid service cleaning.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.

HomeAway/VRBO offers travel insurance and Damage Protection Insurance. Please contact them for further information.
