Excellent Stay

The property was lovely. Everything was as pictured. There were plenty of dishware and pots and pans. Although we opted to use disposable for the most part. The host communicated every step of the way. The only "con" I would say is that the house is pretty far from the club resort amenities. It was about 13 minutes walk which isn't terrible but in 90 degree weather with no shade and a bunch of kids it could be brutal, But we enjoyed the home so much it didn't matter.

In person the property looked much different than images presented in VRBO. Space was smaller and very much looks like a rental. Carpets stained throughout, many broken items including furniture and appliances. I had to spend day one going around and taking pictures to send to host of all the repairs needed. Houses are very closes to one another and although neighborhood is well patrolled.. it attracted large groups in the homes with loud music surrounding constant marijuana smell. The pool, basketball courts, volleyball, all overtaken mass amounts of people. If you're looking for a quiet family resort to relax.. this is not it. Host also never refunded my deposit and claims VRBO has it.

Our team thoroughly inspected the home and ensured all areas were properly addressed. However, due to unexpected issues caused by the previous guest, we were unable to complete a deep cleaning prior to or during your stay. We still made every effort to ensure the home was in excellent condition for our guests. Please note that hosts do not hold the damage deposit on VRBO. It is automatically refunded by VRBO 14 days after checkout. You can find more information on the VRBO website. We hope this helps clarify how the process works.
