I'm originally from Ukraine and have lived in Los Angeles for approximately half of my life.

I love the city and am happy to give recommendations. This is my apartment and I live here full-time, only renting it out when I go back to visit my family in Eastern Europe.

Downtown / Westlake / MacArthur Park is a beautiful working class neighborhood close to public transit, the best bars / restaurants / nightlife, freeways (if you need that) and the best the city has to offer.

What makes this property unique

A beautiful view of Downtown from the 4th floor, with the sun rising from the Eastern window and great sunsets visible from the balcony. Hardwood floors, a historic 1912 building that used to be an old hotel, beautiful lobby and great neighbors.

Speaking of - this used to be a hotel room, and has sliding doors dividing the living room and the bedroom.
