Modern and clean: Six bedrooms total, ARCADE ROOM equipped with TWO arcade machines that has OVER 4,000 GAMES, four bedrooms equipped with queen sized beds, two bedrooms equipped with two queen sized beds and an additional air mattress queen is also provided to accommodate additional guests.

Spacious space with very comfortable LARGE premium couch with 85 inch SMART TV, full size clock art canvas, and lot of AMAZING decors!

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
-Excessive trash causing trash bins to overfill $50
- Stolen decorations: $50 per item.
- Smoking in the home: $1000 fine.
- Late checkout past 11 AM without our consent: $200.
- Excessive Guests than reservations: $50 per guest per night.
- Excessive Cleaning bill if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $300.
- Damaged Items in the home will be inspected & be billed to you.
