Overall I would give our stay a 4 star. I’d like to give 5 stars, but here is the few issues we had. The washer and dryer didn’t work well. Super fast response from the managers when needed. It ends up they trip the breaker. Almost every load we washed and dried we had to flip the breaker. The house was very clean, except one bedroom had candy, wrappers, and unopened pop tarts tucked down between the bed and the wall. And I thought it was sad that the Disney decor in 3 of the rooms were gone when we got there, because when I booked it, there was a Mickey Mouse room, a Donald Duck room and a mermaid room I think, and then the princess room and the super heroes room. When we got there, the only two themed rooms was the princess room and the superheroes room. The only reason that bothers me is because each of the five rooms had a mom with kids so each kid was supposed to have a themed room so when they went to look for their themed room and they weren’t there, it was kind of a bummer. I would 100% stay in this house again. Overall, it worked out great and the management team was fast and responsive to the few complaints that we did have. The pool and hot tub are AMAZING!!! Here’s a weird recommendation, but I would recommend bringing a pool towel for each person. The house has towels, but they all are the same. If you bring your own, you know which one is yours and there’s no confusion and no one left standing at the pool looking for their towel.
