Basement is a self-contained apartment with full-bath, kitchen, bedroom, laundry, and large living room with fireplace etc… Access to biking and walking trails, as well as being close to shopping centers and various attractions, makes it an ideal location for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The host responded quickly and accommodated to last-minute changes, which we were very grateful for. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the house was very clean, and everything was ready for us to use. The house is more spacious than we thought it would be (upstairs, main floor, basement) which was a nice surprise. If given the opportunity, we would absolutely stay here again.

Large family gathering for a quick trip. No major issues. A few beds felt a little older but otherwise we had plenty of space and the property worked for us. I’d recommend if your looking for a place near the beaches

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for accommodating two families during our lacrosse tournament weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the property was well-maintained and comfortable. It was a great home base after long days at the fields. It was a great half-way point from DE Turf Sports Complex and the Rehobeth Beach and the Boardwalk. Our host allowed us to not rush out on our last day which was so greatly appreciated after a long weekend of (HOT!) games. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was wonderful and very accommodating. House had almost everything we needed. It is a pet friendly stay, but clean and in very good condition. Host was responding quickly and instructions were clear.Safe and welcoming area, plenty of space for our large group. Sun room is nice and filled with natural light. Walk out basement with clean grill.15 minutes from the beach/outlets. Next to winery. Unfortunately weather wasn't good during our stay so we haven't checked the pool, but towels were provided. Edris is a great host, would stay again if in the area. Baby stuff were available, such a nice touch.
