Awesome place

Home is very comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen. We appreciated the coffee pods, water and granola bars upon arrival. Host was always a available and helpful when needed. Highly recommend this home.

All the pleasures of home

Every room was nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. The house is easily accessible and in a good location. Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning listening to the birds! The host was informative and available if needed.We would stay there again.

Sweet spot in a great location

Perfect for a family getaway to ride trails and see the sights. Really good location for easily getting to the Blowing Springs trails, very easy to get to downtown Bentonville. Well maintained and very comfortable for our group. The teenager had all important space, as did the parents! Everything we needed to cook in. Highly recommend!

Constructive suggestions

Overall the house was comfortable and well located. We are two senior couples and thouhgt having some hangers or furniture in the bedrooms with drawers would have made access to our clothing a little easier.

We lived 32 years in Texas before moving to NWA in 2017. We absolutely love living in Bella Vista, just a short distance from the property! This allows us to take advantage of the many trails, lakes, and golf courses that surround the area. We love getting to host people visiting from around the globe!

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood because it's tucked back in the hills of Bella Vista. The home is surrounded by scenes of nature, to include wooded areas and various wildlife! The sunsets out on the deck can't be missed!

What makes this property unique

We love that our property feels a million miles away from the busy city-life, however it's just a short distance to all things fun in NWA! We are minutes from downtown Bentonville or Rogers who host tons of shops museums, and restaurants, a stone's throw to the Missouri border, close to more trails and lakes than you could ask for, about a 40 minute drive to the University of Arkansas, and much more!

***Bike right over to 'It'll Bluff Out' trail! This is a 5 mile popular black diamond difficulty singletrack trail located near Bella Vista Arkansas. This multi-use trail. On average it takes 15 minutes to complete this trail.

***Only 1.7 miles from the much anticipated OZ Trails Bike Park! The park features 20 miles of gravity trails, a high-speed quad lift, bike rentals, retail, a restaurant, and large-scale art installations.
