Eva is a wonderful host, very quick to respond and help with any questions. This was our home for 2 weeks while we waited for our house to be available to move into. Everything was clean, plenty of towels were provided and the beds are very comfy. The backyard, large deck and fire pit area are lovely, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxing while listening to birds or watching the deer. The location is great, it’s an easy drive to highway 71 to get anywhere you need to be.

We are drawn to the Bella Vista area for its stunning trails, waterfalls and creeks, as well as the numerous amenities, the lakes, and golf courses.
Guests can enjoy access to these amenities, along with a variety of nearby restaurants and shopping options. Come stay with us and let us share our wonderful experiences in Bella Vista.

Bella Vista is quiet, completely surrounded by nature and 100's of hiking/biking trails. The 7 lakes in the area are gorgeous and the 7 golf courses are pristine..
Upon request, guests will receive complimentary guest passes for lake access, indoor/outdoor pools, golf, rental equipment, sauna, and rec center facilities during their stay. The Back 40 trail is accessible within .18/mile from the house. Blowing Springs Park and Gear Garden are less than a mile via trails.

Trails End Hideaway is a modern, single level home with family friendly features and luxury amenities. It has a unique combination of cozy and quiet with a truly luxurious Farmhouse/Rustic feel. Recently updated with every detail in mind, the house is clean and crisp, and well stocked with everything guests will need to enjoy their vacation.
The expansive back deck runs the length of the home and overlooks the private backyard, where guests can enjoy the outdoor fire pit and watch the numerous deer and other wildlife who visit frequently.
The location is very convenient and is ideal for hikers/bikers. The house is a short walk/bike ride to The Back 40 trail (.18/mile), and from there, guests can go to Blowing Springs Park and visit the vibrant Gear Garden, which is less than 3/4 mile away via the trail.

An extensive Welcome Guide will be sent to you by email, filled with details about the area, great local restaurants, attractions, and our handpicked trail favorites. As locals, we’ve included all the insider tips to help you make the most of your stay—this isn’t your average guidebook! We’ve carefully curated it so you’ll have everything you need to explore and enjoy like a local.
