About this property

6 Minutes to Bethany Beach! Spacious, clean and well stocked 4B Townhome

Under 3 miles/6 min drive (or 20min bike) to Bethany Beach, 10min to Fenwick Island Beach, 25min to Rehoboth, 30min to Ocean City.

4bed, 3.5bath. Sleeps up to 8 but most comfortable with 6.End-unit, 3-level townhouse nested in well-maintained, quiet community.

Close to all the wonderful things: boardwalk, cafe, shops, outlets, restaurants.

Fully furnished from top to bottom. Washer and dryer.

Comfortable pillows, bed linen, shower towel, face wash clothes, beach chairs, all included! Just pack clothes and check in!

Pets: Furry friends welcome. We charge a one time pet fee to cover the cleaning and maintenance of hosting pets. No more than two pets per stay. Parking: Two designated parking spots right in front of the house.

AC: Honeywell AC control panel on the wall on second floor next to half bath. Please leave the temperature at 78 when you leave.

Access to community outdoor pool : open 10AM-8PM daily, Memorial Weekend through the Sunday following Labor Day. Pool is a few min walk. So is tennis court.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn AC off
Take out trash. Two bins right outside of house. Yellow is recycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Departure guide: 1. Turn all lights off 2. Turn AC-Honeywell to 55 degree 3. Throw away trash (bins on side of house) 4. Turn dishwasher on
Arrival guide: door code will be shared 24 hours before arrival

Wonderful stay

The house was clean and appeared as described. Convenient in that all linens were provided, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, wakeboards, sand toys. Wide array of board and card games. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Very pleased with our stay. Our host answered all questions promptly.
