Our family had a wonderful stay. Close access to the main road but far enough back to feel secluded. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean and communication with the hosts was great. We will be back!
Loved this cozy home…and our pups especially loved their walks in the woods. Was hard to leave! Hope to be back…very convenient to some of VA’s best wineries and breweries.
This place is very well located for the Afton/Crozet/Nellysford attractions, especially breweries and wineries. Very serene and well appointed with nice, thoughtful touches. Hosts are very attentive and available should the need arise. Great place for a mountain getaway!!
Every morning was spent on the front porch enjoying the beautiful butterfly bush and listening to the various birds. This is a wonderful place to stay because of its location to the wineries, clean home, and absolutely beautiful country setting.
Very beautiful spot they have here. We enjoyed our stay here from chilling by the fire looking at the stars to a family breakfast in the spacious kitchen and dinning room. Only hiccup we find were some ant friends but that’s to be expected in the middle of the woods, so be aware of where you keep your food and to clean up after yourself. We’ll definitely be back.
Great stay at this house. Tyler and Mary were great to work with and communicate with. Wineries, distilleries, and breweries all close by. Really couldn't ask for more.
This is a cozy spot and very relaxing setting. The kitchen is well equipped and our family enjoyed the large kitchen table to gather around for card games. We would definitely schedule it again.
The house was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the dog to run around through the woods and for how secluded its only minutes from the distilleries and wineries
We had a wonderful time at this great tucked away spot for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked, surroundings were great for short hikes, kids loved the shed, and beds were comfortable. So many great spots for dining, wine tasting and distilleries nearby! The only downside for us is was that my husband and brother are both 6’3” and taller so the lower ceilings in spots was a bit comical. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay very much! Only downside was the heat upstairs (couldn’t get it cool enough to stay up there) and upstairs shower was tiny. Everything else was awesome!

Thanks so much for staying with us Leslie! We're tweaking our mini-splits to make sure they run well on the hottest days!
Good Location to breweries and Wineries.
Tucked away off the main hwy a mile plus. House was smaller than appeared online, it was fine for us, but if you have a large group may be different. Host was great!
We were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to so many wineries and breweries. The house was so quaint surrounded by beautiful property. We had a great little walk around the property. The kids played fooseball all night, ha ha. The shed and fooseball was a nice addition.

Thanks Erik! Getting out in nature and away from the hustle is something we also love about this property.
Overall, our stay was great! It was exactly what we were looking for location-wise, and we had a fantastic time. All of the amenities worked, but a few had some cosmetic issues. The top of the microwave would fall off when we used it, and the dishwasher is starting to fall due to the way it was installed. Besides these few issues, everything went well! Would stay again.
This is a wonderful property and I really enjoyed the stay. The landscaping was incredible with a large, well-manicured lawn. It is in a relatively secluded area, but not too far off the beaten path. The neighborhood, along with the property and house is very private and quiet. Thanks!
The host were awesome with communication! Kitchen was supplied with everything even coffee! Had all u could need ! Front porch was so nice as well as the optic a deck with sun with comfy furniture ! All the beds were very comfortable cause I laid on each to see which one I wanted ! All the comfort of home ! Right off the Brew trail which was perfect ! I’d definitely stay here again ! Thanks for a great stay !
Our stay at the cabin was comfortable. The floor was uneven and there were ants in the kitchen. The upstairs rooms were warm, so we stayed downstairs. The location was secluded and the grounds were beautiful. I loved the outside porches and nature.
