Other Things to Note:

**Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. No third party bookings will be accepted.



** Please note that the downstairs thermostat controls the cooling for the entire house. The upstairs thermostat is non-functioning. We’ve decided to leave it in place, as it fits the home’s design.



**Hot Tub Usage and Maintenance Fee**

We are pleased to offer a relaxing hot tub experience for our guests. To ensure the hot tub is kept in pristine condition and ready for use, a maintenance fee of $50 is applicable if you wish to enjoy this amenity during your stay. This fee covers professional cleaning and chemical balancing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.



All guests MUST read and abide by the posted rules.

- Kindly keep the temperature at or above 98°F. Setting it lower may lead to issues for which you would be responsible for repair costs.

- No soap, lotion or oils in the hot tub

- The hot tub MUST be covered when not in use!

A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if these instructions are not followed.





HOUSE RULES

1. Welcome Home! Enjoy your stay and treat the property with the same care as if it were your own.

2. No Smoking Please: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.

3. Quiet Hours: Let’s respect our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

4. Safety First: Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

5. No Unregistered Guests: To ensure everyone’s safety, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

6. Parking: If parking is provided, please use only your designated spot. Street parking information will be provided if needed.

7. Pets: Pets are welcome at some of our properties! Please check with us in advance to ensure your rental is pet friendly. Additional charges may apply. Pet Fee is $25/night for 1 pet and $35/night for 2 pets. While we welcome small pets, we ask that you please keep them off of the furniture.

8. Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Let us know if you need flexibility: we’ll do our best to accommodate! Additional charges may apply.

9. Housekeeping: Help us keep the place neat! While linens and cleaning services are provided, we appreciate you doing your dishes and disposing of trash in the provided bins.

10. No Parties: Please keep the peace! Parties and large gatherings are not allowed to ensure everyone's comfort and the condition of the property.

11. Damage Policy: Accidents happen, but please inform us if something breaks or is damaged during your stay.
