El área de la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están bañadas por el sol debido a la pared de viudas que se abren al gran patio con su propia piscina privada de agua salada y spa.

En una cálida tarde en el desierto de invierno, abríguese junto al fuego en la gran chimenea. Mira tus programas favoritos en la gran televisión de alta definición con sonido envolvente. La mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6. El Kitchen Bar con sus 4 taburetes de bar completan la sala, lo que hace que este espacio de vida sea perfecto para el entretenimiento.

Great home for a family get-away

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a separate casita was especially nice and the pool/hot-tub were great. Location is good and within easy driving distance to everything.

Great Vacation home

Excellent stay at this large home with separate casita and huge back yard with a pool. Quite neighborhood with total privacy in the back yard. Management company was very attentive and helpful.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable house. It was just as it appears in the photos, very clean and well equipped. The garden is very pretty - we saw Humming Birds every day.

R&R GETAWAY!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this house! It's bigger and offers more than the pictures show! As other reviewers mention, it has everything you could need and the pool is great! It was the perfect change of scenery for us and provided some much needed r&r!

Beautiful spot with lap length pool

This property was updated and immaculate with no clutter and pottery barn type furniture The outdoor space was well equipped with lounges and tables and chairs overlong the pool A beautiful Mountain View delights from the pool area The Stand alone “Casita” was perfect for my son and his wife.

Wonderful Stay!

Couldn't have asked for more! We had everything we needed. The home is well stocked and nicely furnished. Nicole and Bruce made themselves available, but we didn't need them. Can't wait to return next year.

This house was lovely, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The pool was great- we paid extra to have it heated and really enjoyed it. The property is easily accessible and central to many activities and shopping. I would recommend this property for a great stay in Palm Desert!

Great Private Location

Spacious open floor plan with great kitchen well equipped. All the bedrooms are good sized and the Casita is wonderful for guests. Pool/hot tub is great for families with plenty of pool toys. Stayed over 30 days and mid-stay clean was wonderful. Pool Maintenance and Landscape people were excellent. This home is great for families!

Comfy and Spacious Beautiful Home

I highly recommend this place! There were four couples staying here and we all loved it! This home was clean, spacious, in a great neighborhood, kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed to make a meal....and both grills came in handy for the eight of us! We hope to be back next year! Golf Outing

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the jacuzzi every night. Location was excellent since we played Shadow Ridge 3 times and the other golf courses were close by. The only downside is the bed in the den compared to the other rooms since we had four adults. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Price is very reasonable.

Beautiful Home in Palm Desert

We stayed in this delightful Palm Desert home over the Thansgiving holidays. The home was spacious, very clean, and everything we needed was there. We were joined by children and grandchildren. In all there were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great home to entertain in. We all had a great time and we would highly recommend this home to others.

We loved the location - perfect for golfing choices , dining and activities.

The house was open and airy and well maintained. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. I was impressed with how clean the property was when we arrived. Whenever we had a question, Nicole responded immediately. Besides location and cleanliness, that is the most important attribute for us. We recommend this home to anyone vacationing in Palm Desert.

The house had everything we needed. Spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Great support from Bruce to supply a second garage door opener. Loved his snarky attitude. Very endearing. Location great. Close to everything we needed. Very quiet and private. Would love to stay there next year.

Very nice rental property

Great floor plan plus a casita helped make this a great experience with our family. We had 2 infants that needed naps daily at different times and some of the bedrooms were far enough from the main living areas so it was quiet. Pool was very nice with a beautiful private backyard. Excellent Weber grill with a direct natural gas line so no chance of running out of propane. We would recommend it.

Perfect Palm Desert palace.

The property was terrific. We had a family vacation with our young adult children and it was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were wonderful and everyone enjoyed themselves. Being in the spa at night, looking up at the stars was a joy. There is a large lemon tree in the backyard and we harvested enough to make a large pitcher of amazing lemonade. Yum. The only problems we encountered were that the clothes dryer did not work properly and the handle on the microwave was falling off. Otherwise the place was in great condition. The rental property guide binder was very helpful - with details about the pool, things to do in the area and property info. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend this property.
