Incredible attention to detail! The private side yard has been updated with stacked stone hard-scaping, covered patio with fire pit, BBQ island with bar seating, water feature, and is nicely landscaped.



A cook's dream kitchen features updated cabinets, gorgeous granite counters, newer appliances, recessed lighting. Breakfast nook on the East side of the kitchen is a great place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.



Enjoy updated lighting, window shutters & tile flooring throughout. Large main King bedroom suite with totally renovated bath featuring barn door'' entry, soaking tub (currently under repair), gorgeous oversize shower, large walk-in closet, raised double sink vanity.



Light, bright guest bedroom with Queen bed and a third bedroom converted to den/office space. The Den has Queen size pull out sofa, TV, and desk walks out to side patio with Northeastern exposure



Laundry room off of the breakfast nook and 2 car garage. This home is perfect for getting away from it all, relaxing or entertaining. Located in the gated community of Desert Breezes across from Indian Wells Tennis Gardens you have full use of the Clubhouse, Workout Facility, Main Pool and Lighted Tennis Courts. You are never lacking for things to do.

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Upon arrival the home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and immediately felt welcoming. The floor plan is excellent and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space.The house was extremely well stocked with supplies, and the kitchen in particular was outstanding—very well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. This property is clearly professionally managed. The outdoor patio/courtyard was very comfortable and inviting, a perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings. Loved the outdoor kitchen and clean BBQ.Overall, a fantastic vacation property that we would happily stay in again and highly recommend to others. A special thank you to the home owners for sharing their home with us.

We stayed at this location for the month of March 2026. The location is centrally located so going to both La Quinta and Palm Desert was convenient. It is walking distance to the BNP Paribas tennis tournament and the gated neighborhood was very quiet. The living spaces are roomy and the beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen was very nice with high quality appliances, including a very good washer and dryer. The interior was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, pool towels, bath towels, extra blankets, pool floaties and a couple of bikes to ride. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the showers were excellent. The management was very responsive and accommodated a late check out for us. The reason I gave a 4 rating despite all the wonderful things about this place is that the outdoor area furniture was worn and the outdoor area was not as nicely manicured, maintained and cleaned as we would have liked. There is a ping pong table that some of the family enjoyed. The community swimming pools on the property are not cleaned often enough and were pretty cold. We still enjoyed floating in the pools, but we felt we had to just “deal with” the somewhat dirty pools. Some of our family did enjoy playing tennis and those courts are nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this VRBO.

Pleasant setting and lovely outdoor private patio.

We had an issue with the master bed and we’re pleased at how quickly the management responded and fixed the problem. It made our stay so much more comfortable.

California heaven

If you yearn for clear blue skies, sun , warmth, then this is the spot for you. Stayed the month of December, 2024. A wonderful home, every amenity you would need, outside area gorgeous, fireplace, large televisions, comfy beds, great kitchen, modern beautiful bathrooms; this home has it all. Hope to return.

Great Desert Rental

This is one of the nicest rentals we have had in Palm Desert. The house is nicely updated and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The community is nice and the pools are great. The central location of the home made it easy to get to anywhere in the area without a long drive. We would rent here again.

Beautiful home in a wonderful gated community. Large home with all of the amenities. Close walk to pool and hot tub. The rental company was a joy to deal with from my initial inquiry through to our checkout. So attentive. Thank you for a great trip!

Great place for rest and relaxation!

This is a great place for rest and relaxation. It is very close to one of the pools, which we had to ourselves, it was always empty! The home has a place for outdoor entertaining, fire pit, bar and lounge area which we enjoyed every night. We cooked every day and enjoyed the many amenities of the kitchen.　 I would definitely come again and again!

Home away home.

Very nice place, Clean, Comfortable, well equipped with all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, bath/pool towels and linens. Outdoor activity equipment, bicycles, tennis racquets, ping pong table/paddles. Wifi, big screen tv, etc. All you need to bring is your toothbrush!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

WE loved our stay at Desert Breezes. The accommodations were not only beautiful but oh so comfortable. The location to the BNP Paribas was perfect. We enjoyed the short walk, so easy and close!! The area is well equipped with pools, tennis courts and workout facility.... everything one needs to vacation in style. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities.... Oh, one last thing....loved, loved the fragrant citrus trees on our walks!!

Sunny Getaway

My girlfriend and I needed a sunny getaway and this place didn’t disappoint. Situated on the La Quinta/Palm Desert border, it was central to a variety of public and PGA desert mountain courses. I was able to play a few rounds while my girlfriend enjoyed the shops of El Paseo or lounged by the pool just yards away. In the evening, we had drinks by the fire table and enjoyed the views from the back courtyard. This home was a great deal for all the amenities it provided as well as its proximity to great hikes, nightlife, and scenic attractions. We definitely plan on returning soon.

Perfect for our needs--almost.

There are so manyygood things about this property: great layout, super location, high end finishes. But...There needs to be safety grab bars in the showers. We could not find instructions for the three lovely tv--all different brands and different remotes. There were no instructions as to how the house works in the "house book." The cleaning crew was outstanding. Brois was there to solve every concern. We felt well looked after. Thank you.

Great Holiday Getaway!

We just wanted to thank you for the perfect ending to our holiday (New Years 2018). Needing a break from our cold, wet weather we visited Palm Desert and stayed at the rental property located at 43601 St. Kitts Court. It was the perfect choice. We stayed for just under a week. Our family of four shared the property with another couple and their son. The home was open and bright and there was ample sleeping space for all 7 of us to relax and spread out. The colors in the house are warm and inviting; however, our favorite features are the open, well-appointed kitchen and the outside seating next to the fire pit. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing beverage with friends after days full of fun in the sun. We also enjoyed the multiple swimming pools. Although the bigger pool and tennis courts are only about a block away, we chose the pool across the street because we had it all to ourselves! We also appreciated the close-proximity to hiking, shopping and nearby restaurants. We will be back for sure!

What a wonderful place to stay for a Palm Desert getaway! We enjoyed all the amenities that Palm Desert has to offer such as the Polo Grounds, the gondola ride for awesome hiking at the top of San Jacinto Peak, ATV riding, tennis, swimming and overall relaxing in the sun. This home is located near all the main attractions in Palm Desert and the house itself is also perfect for guests of all ages. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure your time there feels like home. The kitchen is stocked, the bedding is comfortable, the towels for the bath and pool are great quality and the overall aesthetics are very peaceful. The pool is directly across the street and great for adults and kids (and kids can bring toys, have floaties, etc.) The tennis courts are a very short walk and there are enough so that you don't have to wait to play. My personal favorite was cooking and eating outside. The grill area and ambiance made for the perfect ending of the day. What could be better than sitting at the outdoor bar and grilling out? Then hanging outside in the lounge area. Bliss! I highly recommend this home in Desert Breezes for a family or for couples. It meets the needs for all. Enjoy!

I can’t wait to return!

This was my second time staying at this home on St. Kitts and I can’t wait to get back to it! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals and ample space to prepare our dishes without running into each other. The master bedroom was huge with an equally impressive bathroom, and since the layout is sprawling, it stayed quiet even when there was activity in the rest of the house. The pictures represent the private patio well. We enjoyed our coffee on the covered porch in the mornings and wine in the same place in the evenings, adding a little festivity by lighting up the fire pit and turning on the party lights. My only regret was not firing up the built-in BBQ – the set up was ideal for either entertaining or for a quiet family dinner. Next time! The home is a stone’s throw from one of the main property pools where we leisurely spent most of our afternoons. Elissa, Seattle, WA

For the second year in a row we stayed at the same home in Desert Breezes.... It's beautiful, spacious and well equipped with all amenities. We worked out, laid at the pool, played tennis and even took a leisure ride with the on site bikes. The location is great with easy access to the Old town La Quinta where we visited an art festival and the very next day a farmers market. Many golf courses and driving ranges are just a short drive away. There are also numerous hikes surrounding Palm Desert. This time we hiked Ladder Canyon, unbelievably beautiful. The ride in is best with an AWD vehicle and lots of water is essential. It was so wonderful to come back to the home, shower and relax on the back porch under the pergola. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for a memorable trip!!

Desert Breezes

We enjoyed our stay at Desert Breezes home. The neighbourhood was quiet. The bbq was great as was sheltered yard as the weather was cooler than normal. We were able to sit outside on windy days and not be chilly. Kitchen was well equipped and clean.

Loved our stay!!

This home on St. Kitts has been very nicely up-dated and is very well-supplied. The owners thought of everything. It even has a DVR! We stayed a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would gladly return if we were planning another trip to Palm Desert. And the people at iTrip were very helpful. Unlike the big guys like VRBO and HomeAway, you can actually talk to real people at iTrip. All in all, you can't do better than this for a vacation.

Great Girls Trip!

We had a wonderful time on our girl’s trip in this home! The home is very spacious with an accommodating floor plan. Very clean and nicely decorated. The master bedroom is huge and it has a walk in closet the size of a small bedroom. Plus, the bathroom was amazing and felt like being in a spa. The towels are luxurious and super soft. Nice private patio with bbq and plenty of sitting areas. We enjoyed early morning tennis and a few late night swims at the pool nearby. Great pool towels and floaties available to use. Close to a mall and fun restaurants. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Great house, great people.

There were four of us in the house on St. Kitts for a month. This house has been beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. The large, open kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and every imaginable gadget for those, like us, who choose to cook some of our own meals. Nice appliances. The pictures on the website are true to what is in the home. The house is roomy and well planned for entertaining. The master suite is huge, with a bathroom to die for. There were ample paper products stocked, as well as detergent and cleaning supplies, to get us through much of the month. The outside area has a very large patio, nice seating areas and tables, bar stools, grill, water feature and firepit. The beds are super and the towels are thick and luxurious. Another great thing about this house is the location. It is part of Desert Breezes Resort, with pools, tennis courts, and beautiful, meticulously maintained grounds. It is close to grocery stores, shopping mall, movie theaters, and a huge variety of restaurants. We would very highly recommend this home for a family, or like us, two adult couples. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the people at itrips. Nicole met us at the house to show us how everything works and where things were. Elizabeth kept us updated with emails. There were a couple of minor electrical maintenance issues we noticed, which Nicole immediately turned over to her repairman. On our next visit to Palm Desert, we will certainly get in touch with Nicole's office to see what she has available. We thought the damage deposit of $750 was rather large, but it was refunded to our account three days after we checked out of the house. This is exceptional in our experience!!! Great house, great people.
