Summary:
You're looking at the perfect place for your next family get-away! Room for everyone to be together or spread out! Beautiful pool to relax in, Ping-pong table, games for the family, and centrally located, CLOSE to EVERYTHING! Booking during the cooler months? Not a problem, the pool can be heated for a small fee. Please message us for heating details!

The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED and ready for a meal fit for a King!

Speaking of "Kings", In the HUGE Master you'll fall into a COZY KING SIZED BED, adjacent to your own bathroom for 2 and your own private balcony!

Come enjoy Tucson!

The Space:
During your stay you'll be able to enjoy the private pool and relax in our beautiful Tucson weather! Along with lots of floaties and pool toys for the kiddos! Don't worry though the pool area is fenced off with a security fence for your kiddo's safety!

In your LARGE master bedroom you'll enjoy watching your favorite shows on a large screen SmartTV and getting cozy in your KING SIZED bed along with private access to a patio just for mom and dad! You also have your own private bathroom with plenty of room for two to get ready in!

The other 3 bedrooms also have QUEEN BEDS.

There is a sofa bed in couch downstairs as well for those extra guests!

You have a fully stocked full sized kitchen with everything you can think of to prepare that "Meal for a king!" Right off of the dining room and living room.

The garage has been converted into a giant game room with Ping-pong, Cards and more!

For more entertainment and space for the family you'll have a large private backyard with outdoor eating space, a BBQ for cookin' and a place to just chill around a coffee table.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire property during your stay! 2 parking spots in the driveway and lots of parking around the home as well.

The Neighborhood:
Cute and quiet North West Tucson neighborhood! Close to EVERYTHING!

Getting Around:
Parking all around the home. Most anything you would need is within a 5-10 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
You will not have access to park in the garage. This has been converted into a game room for the family to make some memories in! But its ok the weather in Tucson is fantastic all year long so you won't need the garage much anyway!

Feel free to set the temperature of the home to your comfort level!

This house was perfect for us in many ways - great location, close to the freeway, grocery store, and restaurants. Good space for a group. The backyard was great for a dog, grilling, and hanging out. Super host status here! This property had everything you could ask for! Cooking spices, cooking spray, facial tissue, soft toilet paper, comfy couches, plenty of outdoor furniture, a dining room and dining nook with plenty of seating. The place was clean and comfortable. Fun girls trip

It was a great house for celebrating a friends birthday, lots of room for us all to stretch out. We found just what we needed in the kitchen, loved all the pool towels & had fun w/the pool toys . We paid extra to heat the pool which we were really happy we did and the owners were fabulous at being flexible w/our check in & check out times which we really appreciated.

The property was exactly as the photos represented. The home was exactly what we needed, we were down for my father in law’s birthday. It was my husband and I, our 3 adult kids and my 2 grandbabies.
