Centrally located ~1.75 miles from Katy trail, 1.5 miles to many great restaurants, and a garage for your use. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with I-70 7-minutes away. Fully stocked kitchen to cook a great meal and a patio to relax after your adventures. Pet friendly with crates included and a fully fenced back yard, TVs in all bedrooms and living area, and a sidewalk/ramp for ADA access. Board games, books, movies and more!

Nice remodeled house with mature trees in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a fully fenced backyard near restaurants and the Katy bike trail and walking distance to Lion's park. Dog crates are provided for your family companions!

This home has been beautifully updated, the bedding is very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the house immaculate. We will definitely stay here again if needed!

Great Space for Dogs and Bikes

We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees.
