Enjoy a full, modern house near the Missouri River and Katy Trail that is located in one of the most beautiful and historic small towns in Missouri. Ranked one of the 10 best small towns in America by the Smithsonian!

Get out and travel locally and visit this scenic, historic getaway that your entire family will enjoy! Why fight crowds and congestion when you can relax the day away in one of Missouri's most historic and photographed towns. Enjoy a bike ride (don't worry, you can rent one!) on the Katy Trail, have lunch on the bluffs, then spend your afternoon touring the Depot or downtown area -- but don't forget about cocktails at the Hotel Fredrick in the evening on the patio overlooking the river! Then it's off for an amazing dinner at the Palace -- and that is just day one!

Don't fight the madness of Columbia, instead stay where numerous magazines and travel websites have said is the hidden gem of small towns. You'll have access to the entire house, including 3 bedrooms (3 Queen beds) as well as family room with foosball table, pull out sofa and 2 couches , living room with 2 couches, dining room, kitchen with everything you need to create your own culinary masterpieces should you desire, laundry room and 3 baths. There is also a back deck with screened in porch plus BBQ grill!

We do our best to keep the house stocked with everything you need so you need to bring nothing - just yourself (and, well, probably some clothes!). We also provide a information area that will also present you with maps of the area, things to do and more. If we are missing something , just let us know and we'll get it!

Free high speed (100mbps) wireless internet is provided, and you'll also enjoy access to Netflix and other streaming television services.

The Katy trail is one block away, the Isle of Capri casino is one block away, downtown Boonville is less than 1/2 mile away and the Missouri river is less than a block away! Harley Park (be sure to visit the lookout!) with full facilities is located 2 blocks away as well! You don't get any more convenient than this!

Nice, clean home that was just a short walk to the Katy trailhead as well as downtown Boonville. Plenty of space and great amenities for our group of 7.
