This house really is like a home away from home. Very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen is exceptionally well furnished.The patio and fire pit were a perfect ending to a day of exploring Boonville.

Our host rob was absolutely fantastic. He's been super quick to respond to all inquiries and very helpful. The house was awesome, tons of supplies ie toilet paper,towels,etc. Back yard had a cool chill spot on the patio but also a screened in porch . My only even little bit of negative is the home could use a good deep clean fl ie there was some pet hair when I swept and could use a good dusting. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!

The owner was very responsive with questions, let us know about a problem that came up and when it was fixed. House was very well stocked with everything that we could have wanted to make ourselves at home. Very roomy. I would highly recommend this place and we are hoping to return in the future.

We stay here every year when we visit family in Boonville. We have stayed in many places via vrbo AND this is the best.Clean, comfortable like home, and the best stocked home - kitchen, linens, bathrooms. Love it here,

I think it was wildly inappropriate that the space was decorated with politically provocative apparel. All of the so called “pride” paraphernalia is overtly offensive to 50% of the population, and to smatter it across the rental space is inexcusable. I find it especially disgusting when my 2 year old daughter is handing me a book glorifying drag queens and homosexual grooming of youth. My only hope is that you, Mr Host, read this review and agree that your political opinions be kept to yourself and NOT shoved in the face of people spending hundreds of dollars a night for sleeping accommodations. I’m intentionally not leaving a bad public review as a show of good faith, and I ask that you please return the favor and remove said pride paraphernalia from the rental property as a courtesy to the next guest. Other than this single complaint, the property was perfectly satisfactory! I hope you take this feedback into consideration

Great space and location!

We visited for a family event and this property is one of the best I've stayed at. Easy to find, check in was fantastic, notes around the house, well stocked kitchen, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely check if it is available for our next visit.

Celebrated our 44th anniversary with bike ride and stay at this awesome house.

Mimis' Weekend Away

We needed a weekend away to RELAX and Rob made it happen. Super comfortable house (YES to the two fans per bedroom!), well-stocked and it is obvious Rob has touched every corner of the home.
