Welcome to Mountain Stream, a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located along the Eagle River. This ground‑floor unit offers easy access—especially ideal for anyone seeking convenience, including guests recovering from surgery.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area, heated bathroom floors, a cozy fireplace, and a deck that looks out toward the river. The condo features simple, comfortable décor and Wi‑Fi‑enabled TVs. There’s also plenty of storage for skis, bikes, and boards. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

We stayed at Jackie’s place for 8 weeks beginning in January 2026. This property is in a great location for skiing and getting around the town of Avon. The free Core bus is right outside the door. The unit was well stocked with comfortable beds and fun decor. We will come back!

The condo was nice and cozy and very relaxing after skiing. Easy access to Vail, Edwards, Beaver Creek and Avon. Condo had everything we needed to cook meals. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our extended stay in Feb.. Really liked the location, very near the town of Avon, and a 5 min walk to the free Avon circular bus stop on Stonebridge road which we used to get to the resort rather than dealing with parking. The unit was well equipped and peaceful. Communication was excellent.

Great rental for skiing. Gorgeous, private views of Eagle River. Peaceful balcony, good parking lot, close convenience store, good bus stop for getting to town, close to groceries, easy to find. Cozy and perfect for our ski trip

We stayed in this charming apartment with our 2 children for two weeks! It was well equipped, cozy and clean- the perfect place to relax after a great ski day. It had everything we could have wanted and more. We loved the close proximity to Vail and Beaver Creek. It was also just a few mins away from Walmart and many restaurants. We can’t thank you enough and we know we’ll be back in the future.

As advertised... cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our two weeks stay over Christmas and New Year's Eve. Santa 🎅 delivered presents 🎁 opened by the fireplace while the coffee ☕️ and hot chocolate warmed us. Unit was clean and well stocked. Great for a family vacation. Less than a mile from Elk lot parking for BC skiing ⛷️ or central Avon. We walked to Wal-Mart. We would definitely stay again.

This condo is dated (well lived in) but in a good location. Most everything is quite old but everything did work. The view over the stream was nice and the condo is on the ground level and easy to get into and close to parking which was good. We did need help getting the TV/cable to work which they came on site the next day to resolve.

We enjoyed our stay but when we went to get ice, the trays were in the freezer but empty. Unit was well stocked with TP, etc. No firewood though. Water heater seemed to empty quickly.

Great stay and close to Beaver Creek

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. It provided a nice amount of space for all of us to decompress after a day of skiing. It’s less than 5 minutes to Elk Lot where you can park for the day and head up to the mountain. The host was responsive and the check in check out process was easy. The wood burning fireplace was a nice bonus. My one suggestion to future guests is to bring earplugs. This is the lower unit and you can definitely hear people above you at night. Overall a great stay.

Great Stay in Avon

I was in Vail getting knee surgery at the Steadman Clinic. This home was perfect for recovery. Comfy bed and couch spaces were great for icing and lounging. The house is spacious enough that my sister was able to have her own space to relax when she wasn’t helping care for me. Shower stool was very helpful and listening to/watching the Eagle River was healing. Thank you for sharing these great accommodations! Communication with owner/property management was prompt and easy. Location is close to shops and restaurants in Avon.

Fabulous well stocked condo with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts

Fantastic condo within walking distance of Avon. Nice Italian restaurant ‘Sauce on the Creek’ only a 10/15 mins walk away. The check in instructions were sent well in advance of us arriving at the property. The management company were responsive to any queries we had - although we had absolutely no problems with the property. The condo was well stocked with plenty of glasses, mugs and plates. It even has an electric kettle - which is a lifesaver for us Brits - and not something we often find in the USA. Definitely recommended for a ski break as both Beaver Creek and Vail resorts a short drive away.

The condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. a few amenities provided. Only issue was with the cookware. The pans are NOT good. The black pans have Teflon flaking off and are not safe to use. The gold colored pans have lost their non-stick. Every time I cooked on the pans, food stuck to the pan. Eggs, sausage, bacon - they all stuck to the pans.

Perfect location as described

The description of this location was spot on! Perfect for someone recovering from surgery at the Steedman clinic, since it's on the ground floor and no stairs required. Very quiet location with the beautiful creek outside. Very comfortable & clean home. Only downside to our stay is we had to leave a night early because of a May blizzard and we couldn't miss our flight the next day. Mentioned this to the owner requesting 1 night credit, but no response. Would stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay. Note bottom floor unit with no noisy neighbors. We had trouble finding the exact unit at first on google maps by address. In complex it is the western most building, the one that backs up to the river. It is the eastern most entrance in that building for the unit. Had a great time!!!
