Comfortably sleeping 6, this cozy retreat features an electric fireplace, a private balcony with stunning mountain and river views, and a fully equipped kitchen. You're just a short walk from the free shuttle to Beaver Creek, making this the perfect base for your mountain adventure. Enjoy easy access to skiing, fishing, and hiking right from your door.

We do have parking available and included, but please note that we only have one parking spot, and commercial vehicles are not allowed. Check out our other property in Avon if you need commercial vehicles are plan to bring two vehicles.

Our family loves skiing, hiking, mountain biking and fly fishing - so we have enjoyed the Colorado mountains for many decades. Sharing out family home with others when we are not using it let's us share the fun we have been having with other families.

Why they chose this property

This condo sits on the Eagle river, on the third floor. Excellent sunlight floods the windows all day, and views of the mountains. Easy access to the river for fishing and a short walk to the park for ice skating and paddle boarding, as well as a summer full of concerts and art shows.
