Exclusive 4 bedroom (1 master bedroom), 2 full baths, 8 beds vacation rental home. Maximum occupancy for 12 guests( additional per person per night charges for parties above 6 people) huge completely private enclosed pool, foosball, foldable ping pong table, cornhole games, a pool table and a nice yard! The home does have door bell cameras at external front and back doors for security. Our huge pool will add to all the fun, excitement and great memories, you may just want to relax as well! (Come as you are! Did I mention the visual privacy for those that don’t want to be seen while swimming)? Insert LOL here! Please note: Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the unsupervised! Enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill! In both main rooms, we have big Alexa enabled TVs and an extra one in the MB. High speed internet only!

A few minutes’ drive from Cocoa Beach Pier, Cocoa Village, Merritt Island Wildlife Reserve, Manatee Cove, Jetty Park, Kelly Park, Cape Canaveral Cruise Port and Kennedy Space Center. It’s not too far from: Orlando Airport, Melbourne Airport, Space Coast Complex Stadium Parkway, The Avenues of Viera (shopping center), King Center Theater, Melbourne Square Mall, Space Coast Iceplex, Andretti thrill park, Golf & Gator, and many other local attractions. There are plenty of places to kayak, paddle board, kite surf, jet ski, charter boats and go fishing. We have bioluminescent canals and waterways seasonally through the year.

For more fun, you are an hour drive from extended adventures in Orlando. Watch a game at Inter&Co Stadium (home of Orlando City Soccer) or Amay Center (concerts and home of the Orlando Magic), or attend The Phillips Center for Broadway shows. Central Florida’s major Theme Parks are Universal Studios (Island of Adventure, Volcano Bay), Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom), SeaWorld (Aquatica, Discovery Cove) and Legoland among other real cool places to visit.
Many times at the last minute, relatives and friends want to join and be part of your vacation adventure. We are very strict about the number of paying guests. To keep prices at a great value, after the first 6 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $15.00 each per reservation night. All payments must be made through the booking site prior to the check-in.
Please note that extra guests’ payments are made based on the total nights of your booking/reservation, even if any of your additional guests are staying one or two nights only.

We are pet friendly with a huge, fenced yard! There is a onetime, non-refundable $100.00 pet fee for each furry guest. Please let us know how many pets are tagging along to update your quote (It’s mandatory to pick up Snoopy’s poopy!)
