About this property

Alena & I have been serving visitors to Central Florida for 25 years. We have both worked for Disney in the past. Our condo is clean and well-equipped.
- Animal Kingdom is the closest park to our condo.
- Owner-operated villa. A/C replaced 2023. UV light air sanitizing in the climate control.
- Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons.
- The buildings in this complex do not have elevators.
- We focus on cleanliness and keeping the condo well-maintained. Our carpeting is sanitized by steam cleaning on a routine basis, and new air conditioning was installed in 2023.
- WiFi is free.
- Full size washer & dryer are in the condo, free for you to use during your visit. The kitchen has a well-stocked collection of cookware and dishes, glasses, coffee cups and utensils.
- WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE VRBO ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE VILLA, NO ONE ELSE. If you have friends you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass. Guest Government credentials are checked on arrival.
- Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with a security officer operating the entry gates. Our Condo is two buildings from the pool, which you will see as you drive from the security gate to the condo. Our Condo is on the top floor,(3rd) , so it is among the quietest and most private condos in the building. This complex does not have elevators.
Our Condo is close to the pool but just far enough away to not hear the activity.
- No smoking, No Pets. No party.
- This is a self-catered villa. The guest is responsible for sundry items if the starter items we place are used up.
- You are renting the complete condo. No one else is sharing the space inside with you. The parking lot is in front of the stairwell. There is a security guard checking identification at the entry gate 24 hours a day. When your reservation and identification is verified by the security officer, you will receive a pass for your car to use the returning guest separate entry lane. The condo has an electronic door lock. On the afternoon of your check-in, we will provide you with the door code, and this code is changed for each guest, with past codes being deleted.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Chris and Alena were tremendous hosts - they gave us excellent instructions upon arrival and were very responsive to every question we had. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and wonderfully decorated. The complex was nice and the pool provided the perfect break for our daughters from the parks. The location is perfect - close to both Disney and shopping/restaurants. I will recommend this property to all me friends who are traveling to Orlando.

Lovely stay

Great property, clean, spacious pool. I would recommend this location if you’re primarily looking to visit Disney. Orlando can be a far drive if most of the shopping/restaurants you’re interested in are there. Otherwise, the hosts were kind and available and even left us some free drinks. There also plenty of towels, pool floaties, board games, etc. My family and all had a great time!

Alena and I are Kissimmee residents and have owned and operated vacation villas near Disney since 2001. We both worked at Disney for a few years. We provide hospitality services to several vacation villa owners, in addition to our own condo. We enjoy hosting travelers to the Central Florida region ( with an occasional exception, lol). It gives us great satisfaction when guests tell us that we played a positive role in their vacation!

Why they chose this property

Close to Disney, and reasonably close to Seaworld, Universal Studios, and the Orlando Convention Center. This is a gated community with a real live security officer at the gate. Beautiful pool and clubhouse, open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a full service Tiki Bar. which opens about 11 a.m. This complex is small enough to walk to the pool but not overly small, the pool is a Junior Olympic Size. It was built to serve as short term vacation rentals, so there is no stigma attached to tourists that you find in residential neighborhoods with only a few tourist rentals, however we have enough regular full-time residents to make sure the quality of life is very nice.
