Esta excelente casa de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños en Town Town con piscina para salpicaduras es perfecta para una escapada de fin de semana o una estadía de una semana.

La comunidad 'Dream' se encuentra a pocos minutos de la entrada de Walt Disney World, tiendas, restaurantes y otras atracciones del área. Una piscina comunitaria, sala de ejercicios y área de juegos para niños están aquí para su disfrute.

¡Este nuevo y atractivo hogar ofrece muebles y decoración modernos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y encimeras de fregadero, pisos con azulejos y alfombras y su propia piscina privada para chapotear!

Hemos alquilado una de las propiedades de itrip a través de Airbnb. La casa es muy nueva, muy bien equipada. La comunicación con los trabajadores de itrip también fue muy buena y respondieron de inmediato. Great house in a privileged location

We have always rented this house, since 2020. It's a great house for family trips and has everything you need. It’s super close to Walmart!! The only negative point is that the dressers and the carpet had a very strong smell of mold.

Spring Vacation

Our stay was phenomenal! The home was immaculate. The area was superb! Very easy to navigate to the theme parks, dining and shopping. The private pool was a plus… our kids enjoyed everything about our stay. The only down side is that the listing false advertising the king room, the bed was a Queen but we slept very comfortable.

Overall it was good. Just a few things could have been better, ie couch and pillows dirty-stained. rug had stains in kids room that looked like blood and pool had a hose in it and filters appeared to have mildew on them. Would not go in. Would stay again. I should have let our host know.

Awesome Vacation

My family and I always enjoy are stay with Premier VRBO. Barbara from cleaning was the best. I would give 5 stars but no one got back to me when I left a message about the garbage situation. I had to take my garbage bag with me and use my friends dumpster at her house because my neighbors (1519) decided in the wee hours of the morning to fill both bins with trash and pizza boxes. Other than that, again awesome stay.

Terrible property, unclean pool and rude management. Avoid

Property not as advertised. Stayed for 10 days, pool was filthy on first day sent pictures over and was told it would be cleaned "right away" What was an easily fixable issue didn't actually get sorted until day 6 after numerous chasers and with no apology which put a spoiler on our trip. We specifically chose and paid extra for this apartment with a pool for our infant son and the hassle this management gave me in my holiday is not worth your time! Considering the 10 page rule book they give you of all the things you need to do, they should at least uphold their end by giving you what you paid for. God forbid something serious goes wrong, it's not worth the risk staying with these people who ignore you. I do not recommend this villa. I do not recommend any villa with this management company itrip and VRBO were also terrible.

Thank you for your feedback, Grainne. We wanted to provide some context regarding the pool condition at the property. The pool was thoroughly cleaned on April 17th. Unfortunately, during the 24-hour period following the cleaning, the construction crew completed balcony work, and dust and debris subsequently settled into the pool. This is what was encountered upon arrival. Our pool technician made several attempts to rectify the situation. Their initial visit was cut short due to a local power outage. They returned the following day and again two days after that to vacuum the pool. We also want to note that the property is older, and the pool surface is deteriorating. This results in some natural dark spots that can sometimes be mistaken for dirt. We want to clarify that the pool was always safe for use during your stay. While we understand your reluctance to use it due to the settled debris, as we communicated while addressing these issues, the resort pool remained open throughout your visit. We appreciate your understanding regarding this unexpected situation, which was not the result of any oversight on our part. We are truly sorry that your experience was not as expected and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

Everything was ok until...

At first glance, the property appears updated and very clean. As we settled in, there were 2 issues. One, the air filters desperately needed to be changed. I notified them via email (good luck getting maintenance on the phone) and someone was there the next day to change them out. Two, the place needs pest control. I'm not sure if the issue is with this particular apartment or if it's one of the ones adjacent to it, but there were several cockroaches in the kitchen and in the living room. Something that cannot be helped but is worth considering, this apartment is in between 2 others so you might have a noisy neighbor. Other than that, the place is nice. The furniture and beds aren't the best, but considering the nightly rate, it makes sense. Walmart, Lowe's, liquor store, and gas stations are all at the entrance to the neighborhood and restaurants are within 15 minutes. All of the Disney theme parks are between 25 and 35 minutes away.

Good vacation spot

The place was very clean and well taken care of. Little pool attached to townhouse is a very nice feature. Only complaint I would have is that the mattress feels old and could be updated. But overall a very good place to stay.

Girl’s get away

I gave this property a 2 stars overall due to uncomfortable beds and all the cockroaches in the townhouse. Every time I’m preparing a meal…there are at least 4 roaches running on the counter. The management are wonderful and quick to respond to any questions.

Are stay at this property was great, the home was very nice, the online photos do not do it justice, much nicer in person. Definitely 5 stars I have stayed at rental homes many times in the past and would Definitely return back to this condo. It was disappointing that a grill was not included, you could get one for a extra fee, but we did not find value in the expense of 11.00 a day fee, having to rent for a minimum of 5 days..

Roaches Galore

While the unit looked exactly as posted on the site, I was so disgusted with the discovery of roaches all throughout the kitchen, living room and bathroom. They even began coming into the room on the 1st floor. My husband had to purchase roach spray and we spent every morning sweeping the roaches that we had killed over night. I sent numerous emails and finally someone got back to me on Wednesday (4 days after I arrived). They could not relocate us to a different unit because there was no availability. They finally sent someone to spray the house but we had no other choice to continue our stay there until our departure date. Whatever they did, did not clear up much of the infestation. I really hope that I get compensated for this inconvenience that occurred during my vacation. I will NEVER go back there & I totally do not recommend any one to stay there!!!

Disappointed

The reason for a 2 star rating is because we were looking for something a little more private due to COVID-19. This booking charged a $150 cleaning fee, but the house was NOT clean. There are fingerprints all over the kitchen cabinets and countertops, the linen had stains and didn’t smell clean so we washed all the towels and sheets ourselves. The sinks and toilets in the bathroom are dirty there’s used soap bars and toothpaste marks in the sink. In one of the rooms there was stale pieces of bread in between one of the twin beds and we even found an eyelash extension. The pool was not cleaned, and all the mattresses are old and very uncomfortable. This is not what we were expecting as far as COVID-19 regulations. The home is beautiful though, but we will not be booking again.

Enjoyed our stay

It was great for the most part. We love the private pool. The only downside would be the beds they were uncomfortable and the advertisement shows a king bed upstairs but it was a queen. But all in all we would stay again.

Buen lugar pero cero comunicación con el propietario/manager

Una casa muy cómoda, como se puede apreciar en las fotos pero el mobiliario esta un poco viejo, los colchones podrían ser mejores y el sofá cama de la sala está totalmente inoperativo. En general la limpieza muy deficiente (había restos de comida en los cuartos, una de las terrazas con pisadas por todos lados, se reporto sin éxito) por mala suerte durante nuestra estadía la secadora de ropa estaba dañada y lo reportaron a un día de nuestra llegada. En varias oportunidades le escribí a los que administran la casa y cero respuesta de su parte. Si rescato que conocí por casualidad al chico que hacía mantenimiento y el si estuvo en todo momento atento a cualquier detalle o requerimiento. Gracias por eso.

Excellent comfort and service

We have rented one of itrip properties via Airbnb. The house is very new, very well equipped. The communication with itrip workers was also very good and they responded immediately. The house is great value over a typical hotel, offers a lot of space to comfortably sleep and live. Overall I really recommend renting from itripvacations, great service!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this newer town home. We visited the Clermont area for a college softball tournament and this was a comfortable home for our family of four for the week. It's tastefully decorated in modern decor exactly as pictured and was adequately equipped with the essentials. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! The screened in patio/splash pool was a nice space. It would be great if it had a lounge chair to kick back and relax and a gas grill for grilling. We spent some time at the communal pool which was very nice and well cared for. Just a couple of minor things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. A couple of the window blinds did not work properly. The mattresses on the beds are comfortable but a bit noisy with any movement (squeaky). And I was expecting the king master bedroom to have a king bed, but it is actually a queen bed. Otherwise, overall it was affordable, very clean and a well-managed property. The booking process was simple and instructions were clearly communicated in advance. Would stay again if returned to the area!
