Quick Trip to Florida

We had a great stay. The townhome was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the video game in the living room. Enjoyed how it was decorated in Disney characters. I would stay here again.

Great value for the price. Convenient to major attractions, stores, and restaurants. Host was prompt in all communications - the main room tv had an issue, and the host had maintenence come out promptly to service it. Although they opted to simply replace the tv after our stay, we were able to use another tv for the duration of our stay. I would recommend washing the comforters/sheets in the included washer/dryer setup if you care about beds being as clean as possible, as we noticed some hair strands and pieces on more than one bed. We also enjoyed the pool. Overall would be glad to stay again.

Awesome Experience

This was my first VRBO. We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for 6 people, 4 adults and two teenagers. The arcade game in the house was perfect. The pool is small, but nice size pool and hot tub in the club house. Along with ping pong arcade games in the club house. It was great having the 3 full sized bathrooms. The large washer and dryer upstairs was great. Overall an awesome stay! Thank you

Nice place and Responsive Host

We had a pleasant stay overall. The communication with the owner was great—very responsive and helpful, especially when we needed more washcloths. The house was in a convenient location, close to restaurants, stores, and the amusement park we visited. It was fairly clean and linens were clean but the home could use a deep clean, and a few basic items like washcloths weren’t fully stocked at first. Still, the owner was quick to address my concerns, which I really appreciated. My children enjoyed the arcade game that was in the home and the themed bedroom w/ bunk beds.

Great house and host

Francisco is an awesome host, responds and acts timely. We had a couple of issues with the coffee maker, dishwasher and some supplies when we arrived and he acted fast and replaced them. Easy communication! The house is quite old and needs some love (cracked floor in the kitchen, some beds are noisy) - needs a renovation. But overall we had a nice time! Fair for the price.

A gem of a townhome

About Us: Family of 6 (parents, grandparents with one having limited mobility, a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old). The grandparents stayed on the first floor which was perfect for my handicapped father. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower that worked well for him. The back patio door opens up so that my kids could swim while the adults watched from the living room. Very spacious and lovely home. Little basket of goodies was a sweet touch and it was nice that they provided toiletries, pods for laundry and dishes, along with sponges and dish soap. Kids loved the arcade (can have up to 4 players), the perfect little backyard pool, and the large heated clubhouse pool as well! House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and was a perfect space for us!

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are a lot of Townhouses in the area but it was surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood is really nice. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for the pool, pool chairs, games, everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent. We had zero problems. I highly recommend this property and host.
