Beautiful property

We loved the property, kids played around the pine trees and swing. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. House was well stocked with towels, pillows and bedding. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond. Would love to stay there again

Absolutely loved our stay. We regret not staying longer. House is absolutely beautiful and comes with great amenities. Hosts went above and beyond to make this rental as comfortable and pleasant for everyone. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Beautiful place

This house is a gem! It had everything we needed and it was so spacious. One can noticed it was recently remodeled and the job was done beautifully. We even used the smoker on the patio that was a nice surprise. We’ll definitely come back.

Comfortable, clean and perfect for us

The home is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had 2 families stay (13 people) and there was plenty of room for us. The garage is very large although a little tricky for more than one car to pull into due to the curve and hill of the driveway. We easily fit our 3 large suvs and trucks between the garage and driveway. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very accommodating. Communication was great. I highly recommend!

Hi, thanks for the stay. Clean home, convenient location and easy access. Just a couple of observations to bring forward. Toilet doesn’t flush the best in master bed. All windows, door to enter garage, slider door to kitchen was unlocked when arriving, ice machine in kitchen is backed up, hot water is limited and ran out after two showers.

Why they chose this property

Kachina Village is a quiet and beautifully wooded neighborhood. It’s 8 minutes south of downtown Flagstaff, but feels like a world away from the bustling college town. Our neighborhood also receives the most precipitation in the Flagstaff area, and which makes for amazing rainy afternoons during the summer and great sledding hills within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This home is ideal for 2-3 families. The main floor is an open concept with enough space and seating to easily host 18-25 people comfortably for a family meal.

The patio has a spacious deck overlooking huge, mature Ponderosa Pines, as well as the beautifully wooded hills and valleys in the surrounding areas.

Downstairs boasts another very spacious living room and a split floor plan that it’s a bunk room on one side, and two large guest rooms to the other. Just outside the door is another covered patio with a hot tub, and a fire pit just around the corner.

The oversized garage has more than enough space for 2 full size SUVs or pickup trucks.

The entire home has all of the comforts of home and very well thought out touches including a custom-built fireplace, big screen TVs throughout, tons of comfortable seating, outdoor toys for kids of all ages and pretty much any kitchen tool and appliance one can think of.

The neighborhood is surrounded by the national forest, and trail heads are abundant, with at least 3-4 within walking distance.
