The McNeil manor was a cozy house. Ashley was very accommodating and let us check in early. My husband and I stayed there with our parents for 3 nights and it was perfect!!
Cute little house, everything looked just like in pictures posted! It had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen and super comfy bedding. It is in a quiet neighborhood that was super convenient to downtown, shopping, great grocery stores close by (Wegmans and Trader Joe’s), and PNC Arena isn’t too far! I had a great time with my daughter and her best friend for a fun Girls Weekend in Raleigh filled with a concert, an outstanding time at the NC Museum of Natural Science, enjoyed a cute coffee shop, dinner out one night at Chuy’s (got my fill of my favorite Tex-Mex) and some fun shopping at The Raleigh Market on our way out!
Our overall stay was fine but I will say that there are some cracks within the walls of the property & the pictures need to be updated. The house does look somewhat like the pictures, but the house looks older than what the pictures had shown. Needs some renovation. We already booked the trip so we did stay there. Also, I did not move the shower head in fear of it possibly breaking because it was hanging. The host was nice but if people are spending their money the pictures taken should reflect the property.

I'm sorry your experience was not 5 star! We strive to exceed expectations and it seems that was not the case with your stay.
Our pictures were just take in August and out of dozens of reviews from other rental sites, they portray exactly what the unit looks like. I truly wish you had asked me about the shower, as I would have gladly repaired it if it was broken.
