The Space:

Escape to our one-of-a-kind dome home, where the spherical design creates an airy, open atmosphere and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape greet you from every angle. The large windows flood the space with natural light, offering a serene and relaxing setting that will make you want to hit snooze on your alarm!



Perfect for couples or small groups, this cozy and comfortable dome home sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen memory foam bed and a sofa bed (separated by a wall in the same open space). Enjoy a peaceful stay with TV and a selection of DVDs for entertainment.



The well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. Please note that there is no sink in the kitchenette, but we provide paper and plastic cups, plates, and silverware for easy dining.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire dome home, fresh clean linens, and restroom!



*The restroom is not attached to the dome home but it is conveniently located just steps away! The sink in the restroom is the only sink available.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of the Shaver Lake Village, just behind Ken's Market, to the left of the Shaver Lake Hotel. Walk to every restaurant and shop in Shaver! There is a trailhead, the "Town Trail" located on the North end of the property, which leads to Camp Edison campground, museum, and eventually the lake! Walk by Shaver Stables, through towering trees, and incredible rock formations. Rent water sports gear, kayaks, boats, etc. at the first dock just 5 minutes away!  Easy 25-minute drive to China Peak Ski Resort and Huntington Lake.  While you're in town, check out Mono Hot Springs, Dinkey Creek Honeymoon Pools, and Rancheria Falls!  The Shaver area is a community, rich in generations of family memories and natural beauty. Shaver Lake is a popular lake for water sports activities. Water skiing, jet skis, and windsurfing are some of the activities available at this mountain lake. Canoe and kayak enthusiasts will find many out-of-the-way coves and miles of shoreline to explore.



Getting Around:

You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood! 4 wheel drive and tire chains are strongly encouraged during winter months, and may be required by California Highway Patrol if there's snow in the forecast.



Other Things to Note:

Since the Creek Fire, there has been an influx of wildlife in the area. Make sure you do not leave food outside or in your car. Be aware of your surroundings during walks.



Pitch and sap will accumulate on your shoes after walking around outside, please remove your shoes indoors.



The restroom is not attached to the dome home but it is conveniently located just steps away! The sink in the restroom is the only sink available.
