(Ahora con aire acondicionado central! Una amenidad muy única en nuestra comunidad de montaña, pero que realmente hace que sea una estancia cómoda en los días de 90 grados, que parece ser más común últimamente.
Esta hermosa casa de dos pisos, ideal para familias, que admite mascotas, se encuentra en el popular Sierra Pines, ubicado a poco más de una milla del Village of Shaver Lake.
Hay 4 dormitorios (para 14 personas en camas más 4 más en un sofá convertible y camas plegables) y 3 baños completos, por lo que hay mucho espacio para grandes reuniones y vacaciones durante todo el año. Junto con un garaje completo para dos vehículos para mantener sus vehículos fuera de la nieve y las agujas de pino, el nivel principal cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con paredes de ventanas para disfrutar del hermoso entorno del bosque. El garaje funciona como una sala de juegos de 500 pies completa con 55 "TV, Blue-ray, transmisión de video por Internet, dardos y ping pong, con muchos otros juegos y actividades que se agregarán en los próximos meses. La sala de estar tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de Blue-Ray y transmisión por Internet. Cozy, spacious, and clean. Group of 4 co-workers working in the area. After spending 10 hours with co-workers, nice to go back to a place big enough for us to hang out, but then go to our rooms afterwards. Nice comfy beds!!!

First off the host was great at communicating before the trip. The mountain home is beautiful and welcoming. I didn’t feel like I had to work hard to relax. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and more than enough bathrooms. My only complaint is that we had to go home.

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful HomeThis home is beautiful and designed with great care and attention to detail. Amazing gateway

Beautiful property, great location right in the middle of the forest. Very clean and maintained. Feels right at home. Will stay again in the future. Loved the communication with the owner, very attentive and trustworthy!

We live and work in San Luis Obispo building custom homes but we love to relax at Shaver Lake. It has long been our desire to have a cabin in the mountains. Now that we have it, we look forward to sharing it with you! There are two types of enjoyment when it comes to having a cabin. One is the enjoyment of using the cabin yourself. The second is the blessing of having others enjoy it too!

With year round access, luxurious floor plans and spacious indoor garages, these homes are able to meet the needs of a wide variety of guests. From the first time we saw a home in Sierra Pines, our hearts were set on being able to have one of our own and be able to share it with our friends and family!
