Great trip. Cabin was nice and tidy, but not as secluded as i would have liked.

Thanks so much, Catherine! I’m really glad you had a great trip and appreciated the cabin’s cleanliness and setup. The Shaver Lake area offers a cozy mountain feel, and our spot is in one of the more spacious neighborhoods—with a half-acre lot, tall pines, and a peaceful setting. The cabin was clean, and located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature. This was a family weekend getaway and we felt safe and comfortable. Our host Andrew, was always attentive to our needs and always made us feel right at home. There's also a shelf full of board games which allowed our family to have the bonding time we wanted and unplugged from electronic devices.

Beautiful area with a great host. I was there for work and my project ran over. Andrew was understanding and worked with me as I had to extend my stay several times. He was always quick to respond and to make things happen. I highly recommend.

What makes this property unique
Our property is truly unique, built in the 1940s by personal friends of mine who crafted it with great care and attention to detail.
